- WWE is under the impression that Tomko is working in TNA without a contract, and appear to have interest in bringing him back. Tomko requested his WWE release, and left on very good terms.

I'd heard a month or so ago that Tomko has an open contract. I wonder if TNA is pushing him in hopes of him signing a written contract.
If they don't sign him soon, they'll get burned... EWR style.

No. WWE has a problem and Tomko will solve it! I don't know how I became a Tomko mark but I have.

I absolutely ruined my EWR game by signing anybody with even the slighest potential to three-year contracts and ending up with a 200 strong roster.

Before Tomko makes the decision to return to the WWE, he should take a look at former RoH champion Jamie Noble and his six televised matches since his return.

I doubt TNA would job Samoa Joe to Tomko if he really had an open contract.

Too bad for WWE that Tomko is doing great in Japan. I doubt WWE will ever give him the same dominating spot as he has in Japan.
