If anyone, the changing American culture is influencing the WWE in terms how it should treat their babyfaces and heels.
I was thinking if I ever a federation, I will experiment on making all wrestlers have grey in them. Which to mean that all are not babyfaces or heels, but all work into their own interest, which would correlate a real life scenario(three-dimensional). Vince Russo is doing that in TNA right now on a lower level, which isn't working out practically since it is necessary to have two guys that are polar opposites to generation great heat and a good fued.

To me Sting will always take the cake for stupidest babyface ever. How many partners have turned on him throughout his career? But don't get me wrong, I love Sting. Yeah the funniest had to be Halloween Havoc 95. He told Flair before the match that if he turned on him he would be a "dead man." Then Flair supposedly got taken out by Arn and Pillman before the match leaving Sting to fight alone. Then Flair finally shows up, Sting makes the hot tag and Flair turns on him right away. Lol. Then there was that whole weird relationship with Luger (who also turned on him in the past) from 95 to 96. Luger would act all heelish and associated with Dungeon of Doom members but Sting still stuck by him as a friend. They never pulled the trigger on the feud though and Luger went full face by the time the nWo showed up. I remember that. I thought that was a pretty unique(therefore interesting) setup. A face that remains friends with a full fledged heel. Add the "accidental" clotheslines that Luger tagged Sting with and it got more interesting. I thought that was clever booking as it wasn't your typical slow turn by the face on another face.

Yeah the Sting/Luger deal from that time was pretty different but it just never really went anywhere in the long run. What was interesting also was the whole nWo/fake Sting deal where it seemed he beat up Luger and no one trusted him anymore. I remember Sting mentioning after the truth came out how he stood up for Luger when everyone else was against him. Eventually which turned Sting into the "crow" character.
