No matter what happened tonight at the end of the main event, SOMEONE would say it was the worst thing that ever happened in the history of wrestling.
if Lashley had won, clean or not, people would have complained.
if RVD won, it would've been by countout or DQ, and people would have complained.
so they tried to give you something different, something that was a bit unexpected and what happens?

Boston Legal started to suck in the final seasons.
I thought ECW was intresting tonight. They should have Brad Armstrong in the booth all the time. At least it would be better.

Is that a diss at ECW or Boston Legal? Generic Law Show #874 It's not that generic. How many law shows have William Shatner dating a midget?

Ya see they're probably the only 2 scenario's WWE would use.

WWE programming is no longer must see TV. Back in the good old days, you wanted to watch for the element of surprise. You never knew who was going to show up! Now I can miss 3 weeks without actually missing anything.
Aggggh, I'm gonna snaaaapppp!

I wonder if these same people complained during all the fast title switches during the Attitude era (for example, Mankind's transitional title wins that lasted a day or a week)

The product was AWESOME then. And when the shows are good, less complaints come and things can be overlooked. When the shows are total crap, stuff gets picked at.
