Isn't that the point? Translators normally aren't charismatic people and really, it's keeps the focus on Khali instead of Daviri. I don't like it, but it works. Plus the guy's not that bad. I like him too. He doesn't look like your typical cartoony manager, just an interpretor (which is what he's playing) so it's perfect casting, and it allows him to gradually develop his character into an interpretor who slowly realizes just how much power he has at his disposal if he can properly manipulate Khali without Khali being any the wiser. Seriously, if you spoke Khali's language and were hired as his translator, wouldn't the opportunity be at least a little tempting? You could take Khali to family reunions and work Khali into chopping your cousin Gary, the one who used to give you wedgies when you were kids, or have Khali chop your jerk of an ex-boss. The interpretor character comes across as a regular guy, like any one of us...only he's got something akin to a human sherman tank at his disposal, and if the WWE is wise (knock on wood) they'll play up to this.

Anybody else notice the "semi-shootish" comment his manager made about Khali being a hero in his homecountry and village? It's kinda ironic that it got them heel-heat when it's probably not far from the truth (in real life that is..)

Seriously, if they ever turn Khali face, there's plenty of genuine material available to do it with.

Khali IS a Hero, at least to a majority of people here. BOO THAT CROWD!
Anyway, I think Khali's manager is awsome. Runjin Singh is it? I love any sequences them. It seems that much more comical.
Khali: MEH YOU RAMAFASTID AMJAD BLEH! Singh: The Great Khali says, he awaits a challange from anybody in the back brave enough to take him on. Until then, his path of destruction will continue.
Backstage Khali: GWAR HFDFJAJ PUNJSJFDF! Singh: The Great Khali doesn't like you...and neither do I.
Or with Eugene Khali: GBLAAGGH! MFDFJIDEFOIE JFJGJUPEF NJGPJGFME NAHHH! Sing: The Great Khali says, he looks forward to a clean match and some good fun.
It kind of reminds me of an episode of the Simpsons were Lisa asks two German guys playing Chess for directions to the Museum I think? Anyhoo, the guy screams the whereabouts in German, and Lisa runs off screaming. The guy flips the Chess board in apparent anger and screams, "Good game! Want to play again!?" lol I want more of Khali and Singh.

the manager is necessary because he can give Khali actual verbal cues that he can understand. His matches will look better if he can be told what he sould be doing in the middle of the match. Otherwise, he'd just have to guess which spot came next until he learns English

Linda Mcmahon thought he was terrible on the mic. Maybe IDK he could stick to writing and kissing Stephs butt. Thanks for the smile. ;D But yeah, Daivari was WAY better than this nimitz.
