Seriously...WWE is putting this man in the panel? First of all, he looks like he's on the juice 24/7. Second, if he pulls his stupid "wannabe gangsta accent" no one is going to take him seriously. I get that he's the franchise of the WWE at the moment, but I think someone like HHH would be better to put on the panel. At least HHH is articulate. I don't see a very good outcome coming from putting Cena in the chair. I know King doesn't stir shit on his show, but Cena isn't the most intelligent guy on the roster, especially with the company's rep on the line. Yeah, he's a good guy and all, but you know he's on the roids, or was before Eddie died. Look at his Prototype pics.
The guy can't cut real expressions. On the Benoit tribute his "speech" seemed so forced and I honesly think the guy who writes his promos wrote it for him. WWE is just lucky the guy can control his funky ass facial expressions and stupid yelling outbursts.

I don't like Cena either but he is the WWE's main guy so I can see why they want him to do all the PR stuff for them. However IMO I would have preferred someone who obviously isn't on steroids or any drugs and that can speak intelligently about the subject like Matt Hardy or CM Punk.

Yippie another bash Cena thread!
Granted I don't like his character but Cena the person is a nice guy and does actually understand the business so why not have him on Larry King?

Have you ever watched Cena on late night talk shows? The guy's a riot. Very well-spoken, too.
Also, huzzah for lame, fake spoilers.

Just for the record: Please ,PLEASE stop mentioning the Jericho vs. Cena feud. I want the nightmares to stop, damn it! Plus it's almost 2 years old now. I mean, let's move on already. And Cena's not going to be in character on the show. That's just stupid to think that he would. Whenever WWE guys go on talk shows (sans guys like Taker and some of the other crazier characters) they're usually much more personable. He'll do fine on Larry King.

John Cena does great on talk shows. He's far more intelligent that he looks, and will have no problem defending the business he loves so dearly.

Cena's charismatic as hell, and the perfect guy to have representing the company in a PR capacity. Nobody in WWE right now has the same combination of mainstream publicity, recognizability, wit, and speaking ability that Cena has.
He's been perma-champ precisely because he's a great PR guy. Now those skills are going to come in handy.

Nowadays, Larry King does a good enough job of embarrassing himself. Cena will look just fine by comparison.

Or it's how I saw it. Watch it again (if you taped it) and tell me it didn't come off as odd. He just looked like a zombie and said nothing. Granted, he was probably in shock, but it looked very scripted and fake to me.

I hope someone calls Cena out on his obvious juicing.

I'm not sure why they wouldn't get Punk to do these... I mean, he's not the biggest name in the company but: a) He's still over b) He was in a program with Benoit, so he should know him as well as Cena. c) He's REALLY believale with what he says, and d) As a straight-edge person he's a welcome relief from the 'roided-up drug addict type the media LOVES!

To me Edge would have been a better choice...
1. He's used steroids in the past, so he could talk from experience.
2. He's obviously clean now, and just looks like a normal guy these days.
3. He's intelligent and can speak well.
4. He's a known name, and a current champion.

Cena will do a grand job. I'd be shocked if he did anything else.

As wwe fans all we can do is show full support to wwe so that we arent left with a watered down seasonal wrestling expierence. I support wwe and think that vince knows what hes doing cena is his gold mine and wont mess anything up.
