I always thought Billy Gunn was an above average wrestler, but maybe it's just because in comparison the Road Dogg made him look like Lou Thesz.

Test, Palumbo, and Masters are all decent in the ring. Luger had great matches in the late 80s...hell, everyone on this list is good except for Zeus. Even Ashley can be entertaining.

I don't hate Lashley, but he's got little spark in terms of charisma, however he's a big guy with decent skills, so he'll stick around.
I still don't think much of Chris Masters, the guy draws little heat (except the boring kind) and he STILL just keeps getting work. He'd be better as enhancement talent, a big guy who the little guys can beat. He didn't do too badly at Backlash last year against Carlito, but seriously, he needs help.
Torrie, while cute is not much of anything else. Anytime shes in the ring, you can smell the stench. She needs to be a valet or something, not a wrestler.

In fact i think it's some sort of unwritten rule that a hoss going to Japan doubles their skill level.

Luger...
He came in with a massive hype, and we got the piss-poor Narcissist gimmick. If it wasn't bad enough, WWF went for the New American Hero... but Lex couldn't pull it off. So we got two years of a guy who was, wrestling wise and personality wise, the blonde version of Warlord but got an insane push for no apparent reason.
The others on the list are either secondary characters or somewhat successful/promising Superstars. I may not enjoy Batista's recent work, but he's been more over than Luger. Ditto for Lashley.

I voted for Zeus. I actually watched that Summerslam tag match he was in earlier and he had to be the most predicable, talentless wrestler to ever be put into a big feud by the WWF.
That being said, I thought he was scary as heck when I was very young. He had a great look and the lack of mic time/skills was probably due to his monster heel gimmick since the guy is a fairly accomplished actor. However, the guy couldn't do anything but no-sell, chokeholds and bearhugs.

I voted for Chuck Palumbo, simply because no one else did. (I wouldn't want him to feel left out! ) My only problem with him is that I can't stand the fact he wrestles in what looks like khaki pants w/ a belt. (Very shallow reason, I know, but...) Had I not voted for him, it would've been Torrie or Ashley.

I have no idea why Batista is in the running with Lashley. I can actually stomach a Batista promo. Batista has been in some exciting matches this year vs Taker, and Edge. Lashley is horrible.

Hearing all the Billy Gunn remarks just made me think of what HTM said once, "Billy Gunn couldn't draw flies with a mouthfull of sh**!" Never once liked the guy, he has his fans though I know.
