I told you you'd like the Marifuji/Romero match.
Yeah, the PPV can definatley use some improvements for the next one, but we also got to keep in mind this was a $10 PPV, not a $30 or $40 dollar effort.
One thing I think they should do for the next PPV(s) is have a 4 Corner Survival/6 Man Mayhem or something to open up the show. It'll really set ROH apart

Like I said, MGH, I'm pretty sure Nigel was injured.
As for the entrances, they couldn't clear them with some of the bands (Delirious immediately jumps to mind). The same thing happened with Nigel for PPV 2. He comes out to the London Bridge part but then generic music plays.

Nigel was hurt, yeah. They had pulled him from Reborn: Again the night before if I recall.
I figured the entrances were music related (though I was thrilled the Briscoes got to keep their song) but it was just hard to get past it having watched all the DVDs for so long. I actually said out loud "where the hell did Sydal and Claudio just come from?"

seen the PPV last night...
I dont follow ROH at all storyline wise... but seen a few matches here and there.... and for the group that got together last night it was a first time watching a ROH show...
we all came to the same conclusion
BRISCOES stole the show.

Briscoes have the ability to steal every show they're on. They are, to quote HHH, That Damn Good.

I dont follow ROH at all storyline wise... The great thing about ROH, it doesn't rely on storylines or angles, the wrestling is enough to keep me interested.

He was legit injured. Regardless, I marked for all the lariats. I thought it was cool given all that happened at Fighting Spirit with him and Morishima (he gave Morishima a concussion). Where were you sitting, Slasher? 2nd-row balcony, section B (I believe). You?

If anything, the best part about ROH is that the Tag Belts are usually held on almost the same level as the World Title, and in fact matches for the Tag Title headline some shows. And with the Briscoes as headliners, you can never go wrong.
I agree with the complaints about the Lariats, and Big Boots. One thing I've also noticed is an overdependance on ARMDRAGS are also used in ROH, but still they are minor complaints.
And I think that Romero and Delerious could headline shows if given the proper chance and right buildup.

Section A, first level, row 8. Next NY show I'm in Row 2 (and my first front row is Race to the Top Night 2 in Edison! Can't wait!)

I so wanna' go to those shows, but I can't take off more work. Got front-row (my first time) to DBD in Roxbury though ^_^ And that's still not as bad as my last NYC seat. I was the very LAST row of GA for Final Battle

Here's how spoiled my two best friends (and ROH regulars) are: they're pissed about second row in the city, something which has never happened to them. I'm just happy to be there.

Tank Toland apparently invented the squat. Humorous.

Sara del Ray is super hot.
That entire Sweeny segment was gold.

Indeed, she's only in a segment though. Still, on PPV is on PPV.

I figured it was just a segment...there was no way in hell her match with Daizee was making PPV.
