WTF is up with THE FREAKING DRILL?? I thought his muscle was ripped, not his bones?!? It was the tendon. Tendons connect muscle to bone.

I thought Cena was favoring his right arm during the Kennedy match. HOLY CRAP, THEY OPERATED ON THE WRONG PEC!

Yeah, they probably either screwed the tendon back to the bone, or they did what they did when I tore a tendon off of one of my ankle bones - they drilled a hole in teh bone, pulled the tendon through, and tied a knot.

It looks like they are trying to suffocate him with a platic bag.
Also I dig the surgary pics, I love the way the muscle tendons look

Pic three shows his right pec with "correct" written on it, signifying that it's "correct" and doesn't need surgery. Pic three shows them working on Cena's left arm. WHOOPS! And finally, pic 9 shows Cena is completely unaware that they're operating on the wrong side! ;D

That's what I was told happened. I still fairly groggy when he told me that, but I remember him saying that. It was back in '96, so maybe that was the best they had then, I dunno. Sounded wierd to me, too.

With the two exposed areas it will graft bettter, then just tying the tendon to unexposed bone.

True, true. After my first reply, I looked up some things, and I read where they will drill a hole to anchor the sutures to the tendon and bone while they heal. Maybe thats what they did to Cena and my ankle, and I just misunderstood. Either way makes sense to me.
