If you don't wanna know, turn back now.

They're starting with the Heat tapings, and there is a cage above the ring. Guess there'll be a cage match tonight...
They're apparantly confiscating all signs and banners at the doors. Arena is pretty full and Heat hadn't even started... (this was at around 6.30pm BST)
Lilian Garcia made the TV tapings - they replay the WrestleMania 23 recap, and the first match is Carlito vs Harry Smith (Harry got a huge pop in the arena).
Harry cut a promo before the match, dedicating it to his father. The crowd was hot for the dark match (I presume!); Harry won with a running powerslam and the crowd went nuts for the win.
First match on Heat is Mickie James vs Melina (w/ papparazi)
"Standard women's match" with lots of chops and hair pulling. Mickie won with a swinging DDT.
Next up for Heat is Snitsky vs Robbie Brookside. Should be a squash.... yep, Snitsky won with a pumphandle slam.
Main event is Jim Duggan & Super Crazy vs Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin. Decent match - Duggan was over like crazy. Shelton missed the stinger splash and was rolled up (not sure who by). And that's the Heat tapings over with!
Looks like they're having Carlito's Cabana on the show... they're doing some stuff about "best signs", but of course a lot of them got confiscated at the door, so the crowd is booing like mad.
Raw opens with a backstage promo with Randy Orton complaning to William Regal about Cyber Sunday. We have the opening pyro then Regal appears on the stage, and it looks like Orton's facing all three Cyber Sunday opponents NOW in singles matches. Jeff v Orton is up first...
Hardy/Orton goes through a commercial break. Jeff dominates early, and Orton dropkicks Jeff from apron to floor to take us into the break (most likely). LOTS OF HEADLOCKS. Hardy makes a comeback with a neckbreaker and a Whisper in the Wind, only for Ken Kennedy to interfere and push Hardy off the top rope. RKO and Orton wins.
