You know those bits where the wrestlers are either standing in that hallway or being rained on that usually ends up in Titantrons or in PPV hype videos? They filmed the latest of those the other day... Credit: Wrestling Observer And here's a pic of Chavo Guerrero filming his bit...

So it's like those videos they had for Wrestlemania 21 when they had several guys posing in front of an array of lights, and several of those ended up in entrance videos.

The one I remember is Benoit in the rain - they used it a lot in his tribute show.

I think some of these aren't suitable for the character, I mean every time I see Umanga (Copyright : Regal) I think "This guy is supposed to be a savage yet they were able to shoot a video of him for his video"
Just summit that ticks me

Because Umaga is supposed to be some savage who can't interact with society. Now, I say kayfabe isn't the problem there, but rather the character. Who honestly believes in wild savages these days (who have the intellect to battle with kayfabe issues)? I think the characters need to evolve from one dimensional figures to characters with depth. If you're going to have Umaga interact with sick kids as a PR stunt, maybe you shouldn't make him a borderline retarded savage who can only hurt people.

I enjoy these things. The rain one, and the one with the lights (WM 22, if I'm not mistaken) were really good.

Don't forget about the one at the prison last year that provided some awesome images and video footage.

These are usually very well-produced pieces of footage.

PWInsider has an article up that says that WWE shot their show openings in High Definition in Florida.
I'm telling you this rather than showing you because you can't copy and paste from their site anymore

Aren't they just clips of matches and random in-ring shenanigans?

Nope. But I do think I combined a couple things into one. They did new show openings and HD TV stuff too, not HD show openings.
I found it on another site

I hope they film more of those fake film trailers like they did a few Wrestlemania's ago. Remember the Pulp Fiction parody? Or Ric Flair falling off a horse. Those ruled.

Those ruled. ~Kyle Yeah, they were great, but they fit into the "Goes Hollywood" theme since that 'Mania was in L.A. It wouldn't exactly tie in as well in Florida. Although, I pray someone says afterwards that they're going to Disney World.

Is it the one that looks maybe like a locker room? The image of Smackdown's opening and Angle leaning his head on a wall comes to mind....

You need to pay attention to hype videos. they use the prison footage like every month.
It always bothers me when they do it for Batista, since he was Baldtista when that stuff was shot, and he looked horrible until he grew his hair back.
