It seems to me that you never watched WCW and just merged the horsemen with the nWo and then a few others like Goldberg, the beverly brothers, and jay leno.
Let's not forget that HBK and Booker T were in the nWo too.

You did miss one person, but his role was minor. Eric Bishoff.

All that I'm going to say is good luck. Towards the end of the NWO run (when Bischoff was attempting to create an entire "brand" out of it) it had so many different people in it, that changed seemingly from week to week I don't think anyone could formulate a complete list.
Especially if you attempt to break it down between NWO, NWO Red and Black (which may or may not have been different from NWO Wolfpack... something I'm still confused upon), NWO B-Team... and lord knows how many other incarnations after the original run of the NWO.
Didn't Jeff Jarret attempt to re-form the NWO at one point? I remember them having a silver looking logo as well....

For my money the nWo main members were:
Nash, Hall, Hogan, Bishoff, Savage, Syxx, and Scott Steiner.
Then there was the B-Team: Bagwell, Norton, Vincent, Konan, Adams, and Stevie Ray.
No one else really counted, which is a shame really. Bishoff's dream was to make the nWo last forver. Had he used people like Ted Dibiase, Bret Hart, and Mike Rotundo to the fullest potential, he might have had a better chance at making that dream come true.

When they broke it up to have nWo Hollywood then nWo Wolfpac, I had an inkling that the nWo entity was destined to fail.

A bunch of those guys were never a part of the NWO. Rick Steiner, John Tenta and Perry Saturn, for example. Everyone seems to forget Rick Steiner was in it at the very end of the heel Wolfpack in 1999. After Scott Hall drank himself on an extended leave, Hogan went home with injury, Bufff was kicked out, and Luger began siding with Sting again, the Steiners reunited. Rick came out with an nWo Wolfpack shirt on an episode of Thunder (I believe sometime in May, went Nash's booking was really ramping up the suckitude of the promotion) and said he had joined his brother Scott in the nWo. It was never mentioned again, but I'd say it counts. As for a total list, you almost have to do it by incarnation. I'll start with the easiest: Wolfpack and nWo silver and black. Face/Tweener Wolfpack (1998): -Kevin Nash -Lex Luger -Konnan -Sting -Randy Savage -Scott Hall (briefly) -Curt Henning (briefly) Heel Wolfpack (1999): -Hollywood Hogan -Kevin Nash -Scott Hall -Scott Steiner -Buff Bagwell -Lex Luger -Disco Inferno -David Flair -Torrie Wilson -Elizabeth -Rick Steiner After this, Wolfpack membership gets debatable, since members began dropping one by one and most people stopped wearing the clothing and working together. However, Hogan wore nWo regalia until he went back to the red and yellow in August, and Nash usually wore nWo or Outsider clothing and came out to the Wolfpack theme (granted, he would do this until the bitter end). When Nash was feuding with face Hogan, he was joined by Rick Steiner and Sid Vicious as a heel trio. Although Sid was never officially called an nWo member, I'd say a case could be made since he was partnered with the last vestiges of the group. nWo Black and Silver (2000): -Bret Hart -Jeff Jarrett -Kevin Nash -Scott Hall -Scott Steiner -Ron Harris -Don Harris An argument could be made that Vince Russo was the leader of the group, since it was his initial Dr. Claw-esque version of his character that formed the group in the first place.

Dr. Claw-esque.... now THAT sound "interesting". Why don't I remember this? Anyone have a YouTube video link?

Was Loui Spicolli ever 'officially' made a member? I remember for a while he was Scott Hall's lackey, a position which would later be assumed by Disco Inferno.
And also, Dusty Rhodes joined the nWo to manage Scott Hall. Didn't make any sense why they would do that.

Was Bret Hart ever really an offical member of the nWo? Another name that seems to be forgotten in the sands of nWo time, The Giant. Also, for my money, Vicious and Delicous were a good tag team. Norton and Bagwell really should have been given the WCW Tag Team Titles. After all, Hall and Nash did not meet their 30 day title defense requirement, as mandated by contract, thus should have been striped of the belts. I should know because I counted and make that argument quite vocally at the time. Then I got the internet and wrestling stopped being fun.

And Rick Rude was in the original Wolfpack, but left shortly after the formation to join the original black and white along with Curt Hennig.
