I love the Stephanie Buttsecks storyline! There's even a little minigame. You basically move around the right analog stick, and the vibrations get stronger as you get nearer to the sweet spot. Then once your momentum meter build up all the way and starts flashing, press Triangle to give her your finisher. Wow, THQ really DOES listen to the fans! WHAT.

Bought the game. Aim to have it beaten by Monday. We'll see how far I get..
Check that... Hall of Fame mode guarantees at least one broken controller.

To anyone who hasn't played 24/7 or hasn't gotten the e-mail:
DO NOT freak out when you get an e-mail from Medical Staff that says "Medical Report: Wellness Warning". They weren't cleaver enough to add THOSE tests to the game.

I'm so excited, because now I'm the #1 Contender for the * Championship.
Hey, that's what the graphic says, dude.

Yay, I just unlocked all the extra belts.
Though I think someone messed up a little. Flair has the Attitude belt and Austin has the WCW belt.

Why isn't the Unprettier in the game? I used that last year as Johnny Nitro's finisher and I was planning to do it again this year. Looks like I'm stuck using the Fame-Asser, ugh.
and has anyone beaten GM Mode yet? and if so what's the easiest way to beat it? Excluding GM Mode and defeating Team DX I have completed every Hall of Fame contest. I'd like to know the easiest and most effective way to win GM of the Year, cause I don't feel like playing through it.

Someone had a really good and easy way of beating GM mode in the last thread. I'll go find it. All credit to GaTechGrad. "I just finished the 24/7 GM mode, just for the 350 Achievement Points on the XBox 360. Using the instructions from a gaming website, I picked the RAW brand, and drafted only Michaels and Mysterio. Set Michaels as heel and Mysterio as Face. Put the WWE title on Mysterio and Intercontinental title on Michaels. Set Play Options to "Re-Run", difficulty to "Legend", and injuries to "Off". Setup RAW so that all 5 matches are different gimmick matches (table, cage, ladder, hardcore, tlc) between Mysterio and Michaels, with Match 4 for the Intercontinental title and the WWE title for the main event. Setting both promos appears to help. Simmed all the matches. Selected face training on Tue, Thu and Heat training on Wed and Fri. Rinse, wash, repeat about 70 times. I setup PPV matches accordingly, with Hell in the Cell as the main event if possible. Setting up rivalies to end at the PPV seems to help boost the GMotY meter, along with hiring story writers. I had to resign Mysterio and Michaels a few weeks before Wrestlemaina, and I got the full 100% GMotY meter in August 2008, which unlocked the 350 achievement points. About 15 minutes worth of credits played after the final scene."

Got the game on Tuesday, and after nearly a week of playing, I conclude with...
-Create an entrance is great. I could spend hours working on this.
-GM Mode is no fun at all. You're show's rosters are WAY too small, and unless you want to play the matches yourself, you're stuck with Triple H losing the world title to Shad of Cryme Tyme. Also, you can't book realistic shows. Raw's should be to built up to a PPV, not to showcase 5 star matches. In order to win GM of the year, you'll need a world title match once a week, and a show filled with gimmick matches. No thanks.
-Story mode is broken. The cutscenes before Raw make no sense. I'm shown shaking hands with my storyline rivals? I win #1 contender tournaments and never get my title shot? Also, starting with a CAW, you will have a very hard time making money or building up your stats. Seriously, this is the first year where i've been bored to tears with season mode. I miss the old Smackdown games...
-Hall of Fame mode is pretty cool
Still, I find myself addicted to playing it. Go figure. Let's keep the discussion going!

Well i'm glad at least the customization is kind of fun...to bad there's no goddamn way to up people's stats quickly anymore.

Completely offtopic: I think this job will be done by Assassin's Creed, I don't know why, but after playing the game for six hours my controller started to make strange noises and my left analoge stick seems to fall off in any minute.

SvR 08 is a good party game if you can find someone else who can stand it.
