I was REALLY hoping for a HUGE surprise, such as Jeff Jarrett, Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg or the Iron Sheik.
Something that would really shock the audience, some one night appeareance that would shock the shit out of everyone. However, it was probably TOO dangerous to have any of those 4 be on a live WWE event talking to a mic. Jarrett for probably trying to push TNA, Warrior for shooting and hating on everyone, Goldberg for probably shooting on some of their top stars and the Sheik for "verbal humbling"....
However, I liked that they showed segments with current TNA stars which seemed to a brief "thank you" to those guys having added to RAW although they are with another company now. And to be serious: why should they hate on them? If anything to coexistence of TNA and WWE will help each other to increase their respectable products.

Sid, when HBK got Janetty to fight him, Kennedy should have got in Sid to fight HBK.

Sid, Vader, Matt Hardy, Edge and Snitsky during Kane & Lita's awkward moment, Paul bearer, Moolah, and Jericho without his new, seemingly-artificial personality Adding Edge & Matt Hardy to that segment would have been smurfing hilarious! Good call. I would have like to have seen Randy Savage come out.

Well, they already have Viscera, Faarooq, and Bradshaw under contract, and it couldn't be too hard to contact Mideon, so how about the Ministry of Darkness?

Bobby Heenan doing the dressed up as a woman to sneak into Raw. Yeah I know they showed it on a clip but it would have been funny to see it again.
Jimmy Hart would have been cool to see and maybe Beefcake just for the photoshops people could have done.

Thank you. Undertaker should've came out & put him in a body bag. I would have also liked to see Kane in more of an in-ring segment last night. The thing with Lita was kinda funny, but also too short a segment for a big piece of Raw's history like Kane.

Sid. Enough said.
... I also would've loved for Max Moon to have showed up and said "It was ME!!!" during HBK's solo promo.

Lesnar would have been cool, but I knew it wasn't gonna happen.
I really thought for a second Goldberg was coming out to destroy 14 other guys, but I did enjoy Gillberg better.
Cena, Hart, and The Rock even if it was just by video.
Hall showing up would have been a funny.
Also I was wishing for the Big Show all night, as he's one of the biggest names not over the hill, or in TNA.

I'd rather Kai En Tai had saved Hornswoggle from Khali. I wanted Kaientai to challenge Cade and Murdoch for the tag titles. ;D
