I would love to see Money Inc. reform and just run down all the tag teams.
...Or just the odd comedy segment will do I guess.
But yeah, Sunny. MEOW!

Here's my picks, and why
DiBiase - He won the Battle Royale after all, so he should get a contract. He's also a damned good manager. I wonder if he's capable of wrestling anymore. I know he retired like 13 years ago, but I was never clear on why.
IRS - He's looking old, but wrestled great last night. Plus, he was last eliminated in the battle royale.
Molly Holly - The WWE needs more good women wrestlers. She's 10 times the wrestler, say, that Mickie James is, and Mickie's damned good.
Sunny - They need managers, and she could manage Londrick or Murdoch and Cade.
Bob Backlund - He's a former WWF Champion, and one hell of a wrestler. He's also one of my personal favorites. He could put on a good feud with Flair.
Hulk Hogan - Not full time, but like he did in '04 and '05. He should wrestle Khali at Royal Rumble and then Savage at WrestleMania, or Khali at WM if Savage is unavailable.
Repo Man - Seriously too. He wrestled great last night.
The Fink - They need to ditch Lilian, and who better to replace her than the greatest ring announcer of all time!
RVD - he was super over, and would be a much needed addition to the upper card.
Marty Jannetty - His match against Kennedy wasn't bad, and with a bit of training, he could do grerat things. I can see him as US Champion sometime next year. He could also do occasional tag matches with Shawn.
There are a few others who could probably do well with a full time contract. Blackman, Scottie, Neidhart, Snow, and a few others. But I'd rather see the guys above.

Doesn't Marty Jennetty always get a contract after one of him comeback matches only to blow it a month later? He gets my vote.

Blackman, since he'd be superb on ECW Scorpio, as he's a quality wrestler RVd, cause he's RVD. RVD's my fav guy, so definitely him.

I'd probably most like Blackman but he apparently has injuries. 2CS and Al Snow on ECW would be cool

Man, they should retool Tough Enough and call it, Still Over Enough...
And just bring back one shot wonder gimmicks and see if they can still get a pop...
The head trainer should be Rob Conway.
Well?

DiBiase- retired due to severe injury. He could manage, but unless it will be to manage his sons I don't see it.
IRS- He could always work the occasional match, I guess, but if they were to have another agent take the Finlay-Taylor-Noble route, I would be a little surprised.
Molly- She left because she didn't like wrestling anymore. I would not be shocked if she still felt that way.
Sunny- She wants back, looks great, and could do a good job. Hard telling if she gets the chance, however.
Backlund- I would LOVE for him to designate himself as Charlie Haas's personal trainer. It could resurrect the career of a talented individual and provide all sorts of BookDust style moments at the same time.
Hogan- He has a job already, which means that he will make too many demands in regards to any return. Vince is only happy to work with Hogan on his own terms nowadays, so until AG gets cancelled it will not happen.
Repo- I would mark, but the guy got no pop whatsoever on Raw. I think the only way that they would bring him back is as part of a reunited Demolition (which he has been doing some on the indy circuit lately).
Fink- Why did he ever leave? Did he choose to retire? He could easily do the job again.
RVD- He left for a reason, you know. The WWE would love him back (hell, they even had him go over Orton in his send-off match).
Jannety- I would like it, but they don't trust him much, and I cannot blame them. Can he legally travel much yet?
Blackman- Looked like a million bucks, and was pretty crisp. Why not?
Pet Gas- I swore he had to have hurt himself when he got eliminated. Unless Shane becomes a full-time character again, I can see no value in any of the MSP (especially Joey Abs, who some are convinced played a role in the firing of Matt Hardy a few years ago).
Gunn- I did not see much value of him when he was active, and he did nothing to change my mind at Raw.
Scorpio- ECW could use him, but I thought that he had health problems the last time that he was under contract.
Neidhart- Not everyone in his age group can do what Finlay does. Unless he is a mentor to his daughter and nephews, I see no reason to bring him back.
Snow- One of the all-time underrated talents, but that ship has sailed. Too bad that TE was cancelled. I loved him on that.
Booger- I actually liked Mike Shaw during his WCW days, but that was two decades ago.
Mae Young- Why, why, why do they keep bringing her back?
Scotty- Why not? He's still over, and clearly doesn't mind putting over people.
