To be fair to Frog, the post he posted that got the suspension (I hate using banned unless it's permanent) I did delete. The post where he came back and reposted it did not get deleted. I wanted to clear that. You have no idea how much I appreciate this. Thank you. And I'm sorry I used "ban" when it isn't the proper term here. I post on other forums where suspensions are stilled called temporary bans. My mistake. And I'm also sorry for derailing this thread. I still standby that I think the rules should be adjusted, but I'll drop it if some of us (myself included) are too combustible to have that discussion without leading to vitriol.

that and continuing to post gifs going against the new rules for these threads after being asked not to, none of it was removed from the board it's still viewable in the thread. Pretty much this. I don't think an un-edited Kaitlyn instagram pic got anyone in trouble yet. With all due respect... to set the record straight... the post at which I was banned was indeed simply two pics Kaitlyn herself put on her instagram. I lack the power to prove this, obviously, as the post is deleted. My intent in that recent post was to warn DeathByPickles of the threshold at which I myself got in trouble. I probably could have said so in less snarky fashion, and for that I apologize. That ban is in the past now. Whatever. I'll shut up about the ban. As an isolated incident, it doesn't matter THAT much to me, I admit. But the withstanding issue I currently have now is a basic fundamental disagreement with the new rules... which I would prefer to discuss civilly and openly. If these newer, stricter rules were put in place as a response to certain complaints from certain users, then certainly inverse complaints that oppose the new rules are just as valid... are they not? It just seems like it's only okay to speak up if you are requesting stricter policy changes. Asking to loosen up the policies a bit is more likely to be tossed aside as "bitching" (which, to be fair, it can sometimes be). Hopefully this post comes across a little more cool-headed and on-point. Sorry for any prior snark.

How about we call out BOTH the supporters and the detractors of the new policies for having this discussion? Hmmm...
Or perhaps ONE way of thinking is the ONLY way of thinking... my bad. Dissenting opinion totally sucks and I'm sorry for only realizing that now.

Hold on! That "real life" logic can only apply if you do it both ways. So when Kaitlyn holds a TWERK CONTEST (which is what she is doing) on her YouTube, is she essentially "Running up to people on the street and sticking her ass in people's faces!"?
That's what you're saying right now. But the thing is... photos and gifs and videos ARE NOT real people. The people within them are real people. And with the twerking contest, the intent is to draw attention to her arse. But the Divas don't go out to wrestle solely so people will do frame-by-frame analysis' of parts where their butts are facing the camera and state they're gonna whack it over 'em. That's why selfies and the like are allowed. You're "real life" example is still bogus. The idea that making a gif that focuses on a sexually arousing moment from television is the same thing as sticking your face in an actual person's genitals (personal space) is nonsense. A couple screencaps violate no person's personal space. Just like a diva's selfie of her ass doesn't violate the viewer of said selfie. Hold the same principle both ways.

Last time I said 'less is more' I made the social justice warriors angry. Not wanting to see extreme close ups of crotches or read people stating they're now going to jerk off to said images makes me a social justice warrior now. I mean, think about this from a real world perspective. If you saw an attractive girl from afar, and thought to yourself "Man, she's hot", then left it at that, it'd be viewed as socially acceptable. If you were to run up and stick your face close up to her crotch and shouted "I WILL MASTURBATE LATER THINKING ABOUT THIS.", you'd probably be carted off to jail with a busted jaw.Thing called common decency folks. I mean, it's not even that the pictures themselves were the worst part, rather that it was the same people who felt the need to post multiple screen caps of like, one 5 second clip broken down frame by frame just because AJ or Paige was pointing their butt towards the camera, then they and their brethren would chip in with gross-ass comments. Hold on! That "real life" logic can only apply if you do it both ways. So when Kaitlyn holds a TWERK CONTEST (which is what she is doing) on her YouTube, is she essentially "Running up to people on the street and sticking her ass in people's faces!"?

Can't say Kaitlyn doesn't give to the fans. She legit used #bewbs when she tweeted this What a "creepy weirdo". I mean... focusing on a particularly sexually appealing feature of the female form? For shame!
