Flair, HHH, Undertaker, HBK, John Cena, Batista
...are pretty much safe for a future HOF induction, perhaps Regal as well...
I have my doubt about Raven and I have huge doubt about the Dudleys, since they really are not on good terms with WWE.

It won't be for a long time but even current TNA guys like Angle and Christian will get in, as well as everyone named in this thread.
I don't think the hall of fame is supposed to be this thing that's so exclusive that only ten guys can get in. It seems like it's for fun and so they can have a broadcast featuring ex-wrestlers that makes everybody get nostalgic and have a good time.

True, and Angle may get in in the future.
Christian... hmm, despite all the praise he gets, I don't think he has done enough (so far) to earn himself a spot in the HoF. Sure, he was part of one of the most revolutionary tag teams in recent history, but after that, he was floundering in the midcard.

Flair HBK HHH Undertaker Edge
those are all 100%
Cena is like 99%, but he's young enough to still find a way to tick the right people off.
There are other lots of potentials, but I'm only putting down 100%ers in this thread.

Most mentioned thus far look about right.
Would include Jericho, Paul London, Fit Finlay and JBL.

Lashley? you've got to be kidding.
Absolutes: Flair HHH HBK Undertaker
Very Close: Jericho(could cement it with another good title run) Kane(most former world champs who remain loyal will get in) JBL(same as Kane-another title run would do it for sure)
Maybe: Dudleys(tag teams have always been underemphasized in WWF/E) Kurt Angle(should get in, but only if he repairs his relationship with the company)
No way at this point(but maybe they should):
Christian (see tag teams above) New Age Outlaws (tag team problem, and bad relationship with the company)

what can you say about Cena? He could be both the most popular and least popular current wrestler. I can't warm up to him, but many people do.
Wait and See on the HOF for him.
Also-Batista, Orton-still too early to say. Both have potential.

The one I'd like to see:
Ron Simmons-tag team champion in APA, very loyal performer. I always thought APA were the most convincing tough guys on WWE.
And, he has done more with a one-word gimmick than most guys do in their whole career. I love his facial expressions when he's building up to "DAMN"
It's also worth mentioning he was the first black heavyweight champion of a major national promotion.

Any of them that leave the WWE on good terms basically is eligible, a sad state of affairs if you ask me.

i'd say anyone who's won a world title in WWE and is still on good terms, along with the majority of the upper midcard. lets be honest, you don't need to be a legend to get in. after all, nikolai did it.

And that's the way it should be if you ask me. I think anyone who it would be fun to recognize and remember should be eligible.

I think that the clubs of "former World Champions" and the "Hall of Fame" have different members. Not every former world champion had the impact that Killer Kowalski or Mr Fuji or Paul Orndorff did. They are duly recognized in history as former world champs, so they don't necessarily need to be in the HOF to get their just credit, but certainly the most over should be in the HOF.
And so, here's m induction list:
Current WWE Obvious: Flair, Trips, Taker, Cena, Jericho Current WWE Probable: Simmons, Edge, Foley, Dreamer, Hardys, Kane, JBL TNA defectors: Angle, Booker T, Dudleys
I'm curious if they'll start inducting guys both as single wrestlers and tag teams from this generation. I mean, Eric Clapton is in the Rock and Roll hall of Fame as a member of Cream, a member of Yardbirds, and as a solo performer (or something like that). Unlike the tag teams of the 80's, there were many more guys who would go on to great heights as single wrestlers. I'd love to see Edge inducted for both Edge and Christian and a solo performer. In the case of Booker, I think it would be necessary. Harlem Heat needs to be in as a tag team, but if that was Booker's only induction, it would do him no justice. He is a 6 time world champion and King of the Ring.
