Granted Vince's character does seem to help ratings a little. When he left it went down but did increase when he came back, but do u think the Mr. Mcmahon character has overstayed its welcome? Do u think more emphasis should be placed on the young guys getting over instead of Vince giving himself most of the airtime? I saw his character's puprose 8-10 years ago playing the "evil owner" but I just dont see what purpose vince serves today as an on screen character.

Yeah for awhile. That was the one good thing I saw about the whole limo exploding deal, it mighta took Vince offscreen for a time. I like it when he appears once, maybe twice a year for big announcements, but I'm beyond sick of Evil Boss feud #2541

I don't mind Vince on TV but he tries to make every angle into a variation of Austin vs. Mcmahon.

He just needs something different to do. I don't think his character's presence is nearly as oversaturated as it was during his feuds with DX and Lashley. As long as he's on the undercard and not wrestling every show, I like Vince. I really wish he'd do more angles with lower guys, Londrick have been CRIMINALLY misused since moving to RAW. It could potentially be awesome to see them turn heel and ally with Vince, or have Vince sort-of "fake-befriend" them, only to try to split them up. Or maybe even turn temporarily face and team with Finlay and Hornswoggle as the Irish Team against the Highlanders or something. Or maybe Vince could travel back in time and kill Professor Xavier before he founds the X-Men, allowing Apocalypse to conquer the Western Hemisphere. Just something different.

I think hes a brilliant heel, but theres only so long you can do the same character and rehash the same feud over and over again with different people without it becoming incredibly stale.

I think Vince's character should stay around as long as he's helping make some future stars, which I believe was what he was doing during the Lashley feud. However since then he has been involved for the most part with either already established stars (HHH) or ones who probably won't ever be in the main event (Hornswoggle). Next week on Raw I believe is when we will see who Vince will be involved with next probably up to WrestleMania. Although many probably won't agree I believe if Vince where to feud with CM Punk it would be what Punk needs to be elevated to the next level. Also I can see Cody Rhodes involved with a Vince storyline some time in the future to help establish him.

I'd love them to spoof the whole "evil boss" feud, by feuding him with... I dunno... Brett Major, or Kenny Dysktra. He could just take a total irrational dislike to them, and turn the might of the whole company against them.

Yes, please. I don't mind if he shows up every few months, but I don't need to see him every. single. week.

Vince's character should absolutely leave Raw. A few years ago during the Bischoff era of Raw, Vince would only appear on Raw or Smackdown maybe once every 3 or 4 months. So when his music hit, I always gave it my full attention because it seemed that he only came out to make big announcements. In other words, his appearances were special and they meant something.

Vince just needs to go retro and do color commentary. Call me crazy (and I'm sure you all will) but I just want to hear him say "WHATTAMANUEVER" one more time.

BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGBACKBODYDROP for the win. Personally, I feel that Vince, not HHH, is the Poochie of the WWE. He has way too much screen time, and when he's off screen, everybody asks 'Where's Mr. McMahon?" (or talks about him). So have him leave, then come back later down the road (much later), and let him be a face for once. Couldn't hurt.

Even if its a wacky face. His whole "GITGITGITGITGIT" gimmick was over big here on the boards. Still brings a smile to my face.

Yes. I wish he would be quite. To me the product was the best when he was an announcer and most never knew he was the owner.

The Vince I liked the most following Austin vs McMahon was the neutral Vince that would make apperances every 2 to 3 months to be the final word on matters, or to keep out-of-control GMs in line. I'd love to see that one again.
