You could have said the same about Tomko, Steiner and Nash back when they joined. Look where they are now. In the one of the spots that should've gone to Christopher Daniels? Christopher Daniels wants to get a tan in speedos while talking with Angle about his family?

I can't wait to hear the TNA rip-off of his theme. It'll be terrible.
Otherwise, meh.

But no, I was referring to a main event spot. Neither of those guys are in the main event. Nash is doing comedy bits and hasn't been in a match for about a year or so. Tomko is the goon for Cage Steiner is in the middle of a feud with a tag team. What I was getting at was how people said all 3 were gonna be crap, or gonna sink TNA, but all 3 weren't as bad as people though and have found a spot where they can shine. So, I rather see what they have to offer, as TNA somehow brings out the better of some people.

I don't watch WWE so I've never seen these guys, but this board seems pretty unanimous that Morgan is pretty good, and this Martin guy is terrible.
I can't comment until I've seen them. I will point out that signing Dustin Rhodes is the WORST signing I could possibly imagine for TNA, unless they sign Sean Waltman.
Those two (Waltman and Rhodes) were only over in very brief periods in their careers, when WWE was most intent on pushing gimmicks and catch phrases over in-ring talent.

At least, he is when they can bring themselves to take precious air time from Nash, Steiner, or any other WWE castaway.

Now, he's the number 1 contender for the belt, and back in the limelight as part of XXX. He is not getting jobbed out.

Actually, Goldust had a pretty damn impressive run. He was big in the mid 90s, and came to be pretty freaking over with Booker T as a tag team, and had a decent run in singles, too. X-Pac has been over in various times, but does seem to catch flack for never evolving as a character, probably rightfully so. Dustin is an above average wrestler, but he's apparently had a lot of personal problems recently. I wouldn't be surprised if this didn't work out well. Test.... Well, he's decent. It's just the guy really doesn't have much personality, and comes across as a jerk. He isn't really THAT bad, but he doesn't get very good luck ith feuds that are good TV.

So can they call him just Test or do they have to call him Andrew Test Martin?

He lost to Sting. Clean. If he's the #1 contender for the World Title, he'll likely be defeated handily--assuming he doesn't somehow lose the contendership first (Russo is involved backstage somehow). And I wouldn't be surprised if XXX jobbed right the hell out to Pacman Jones whenever he debuts.

He lost to Sting in one (6-minute...) match after loads and loads of build up, just to go back to his original character like nothing ever happened. This was just Hogan-Orton all over again.

They called him ATM in NWE. he should join up with Robert Roode and create a Canadian stable called "The Loonie Bin" I was thinking that too, minus the Loonie Bin part. Although he will probably come in, feud with Abyss and then be used in comedy bits afterwards.
