That's probably one of the worst debuts ever...keep in mind that the average wrestling fan has no idea who Matt Morgan is.

Yeah, considering he's basically going to just be standing around doing nothing for a while as a "bodyguard" character. This debut works fine. A little better than him just randomly being Cornettes bodyguard with no explanation at all.

A little better than him just randomly being Cornettes bodyguard with no explanation at all. I wonder why TNA didn't switch places between Test & Morgan. I guess because Andrew Martin is the "bigger" name... |

Cornette has a major hard on for this guy. I remember when he was in OVW Cornette said Morgan would headline Mania one day (The other 2 guys he said this about were Lesnar & Batista by the way)

That would have been better. And they could have kept up kayfabe by saying Test's qualified to bodyguard since he was a roadie for Motley Crue.
Though yeah, Morgan being Cornette's protection makes more sense for people who know how much Cornette loves the guy, I guess...

Um, for TNA haters, that was an internet teaser. Not a TNA debut for Matt Morgan. People crap on TNA for so many reasons, but this shouldn't be one. It is not a "wasted debut" for Morgan.
If it is, then, OMG GUYZZZZ ROH TOTAAAALLLY DROPPPED THE BALL WTIH TEH PROJECTZ161111zzz!!!!! THOZ GUYZ WERE on the INTERNETZ before DVD!!!!
And to clarify, I think the ROH/Project 161 angle is brilliant and way better than Matt Morgan showing up for 10 seconds on YouTube...people just have double standards and are way too hard on TNA for any MINISCULE reason...when there's so much crappy stuff going on in mainstream wrestling.
