I just assumed that Lex took on the t-shirt and the locked door in a handicap match instead.

I thought after the match he had with his t shirt he was too tired to face anyone else.

That's what Devin Sturgis was interviewing him about, "what just happened out there with Ron Killings". At Superbrawl Saturday III, Luger apparently couldn't make the show because of "legal issues", so Jeff Jarrett took his place in the match and beat Ron Killings.

On a related story:
Bret Hart is confirmed for Saturday’s huge convention in Carteret, NJ from 9AM to 4PM the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center. Jim Neidhart, Lex Luger, Vader, Bobby Heenan, Slick, Berzerker, Bob Orton and many others are also confirmed for the event.
