How great would it be if the ROH Heavyweight title suddenly went missing? You realize Morishima would eat half of New York in an attempt to find his missing property, don't you? Fixed that for ya. Jed Shaffer ~He'd probably end up swallowing the damn thing and not know it. |

maybe thats the storyline for that "Cloverfield" movie. Morishima gets his title stolen, and rampages in downtown Manhattan. Hey, 1-18-08 is a Friday You realize Morishima would take out half of New York in an attempt to find his missing property, don't you? Actually, I'd kinda like to see that. Just this incredibly angry, rampaging, large Japanese man. I'm rambling again. Before "Transformers," a trailer for an as-of-yet untitled J.J. Abrams movie (tentatively called "Cloverway") aired. At the end of trailer, several explosions and such are shown happening in Manhattan. The final shot is of the disembodied head of the Statue of Liberty falling at the main character's feet. There has been a debate as of late who or what the "monster" in the trailer is. I have heard everything from Cthulhu to Voltron. After reading today's blog (and the comments from this board), I am officially saying that "Cloverway" is Morishima. It all comes together now - the crying Lady Liberty, the "we take what we want" line, that midget in my book club that steals my ideas... everything. BOOK IT, J.J.!! |
