By the way, I've read that the Kensuke Sasaki-One Man Gang match aired on ppv. I don't personally remember that. Does anyone else?

Wait, Heenan sold 30 minutes of WCW Pro to New Japan? How would he have ownership of that? That doesn't make any...sense...

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

I remember the build for the invasion being terrific but after Starracade it was never mentioned ever again (The PPV matches weren't even discussed the following night on Nitro)

By the way, I've read that the Kensuke Sasaki-One Man Gang match aired on ppv. I don't personally remember that. Does anyone else? Honestly, I have no idea. I've read in some places that it was a dark match after the PPV went off the air. Some places say that One Man Gang pinned Sasaki to end the PPV. WWE.com says that it happened before the PPV. Here's what Wikipedia has to say about the subject: "Sasaki pinned OMG. However, the match had previously been restarted after a controversial pinfall win by OMG over Sasaki. On television, the PPV actually ended with the first pinfall, so OMG left Starrcade with the title, even though he actually lost the match." Anyone have any further info on this?

I actually really like the Japan nWo better, just for the fact that it lasted longer and provided New Japan with some of the biggest ratings in the history of Japanese tElevision.
Seriously Chono, was the king of Puro back then. The way they did storylines and promos were awesome too.
I don't get how people can say that Puro doesn't rely on storylines when it did.

Not only Chono was awesome then, Muto trying to take over nWo (with nWo trying to take over New Japan) was as awesome. Thing is that in the end it lead to Chono's multiple BLACK-like stables (Like, Team 2000, Black New Japan, BLACK Japan, Team BLACK and some other variations), which gave origin to... Giant Silva vs Great Khali!

Wait, Heenan sold 30 minutes of WCW Pro to New Japan? How would he have ownership of that? That doesn't make any...sense... That was the point. He conned New Japan into thinking he had the authority to sell them the air time.
