1. 9/11 changed everything.
2. Failing #1, blame the gays. Just blame them.
3. The acoustics are really bad in the Impact Zone.
4. Jeff Jarrett being very Christian, and Sonjay Dutt being presumably Hindu, lead separate religious sects in an all out war for control of the company, in the process bringing ratings down.
5. TNA's dip into real time TV, TNA Ethnic Cleansing, headlined by a Crusades match between Jarrett and Dutt, fails to bring in the buy rates. Also, it lands most of the members of the company at The Hague.
