ECW. Guilty As Charged, Barely Legal, November To Remember...all awesome. Just try and forgot December To Dismember.
EDIT: The Night The Line Was Crossed is probably the coolest name of all-time.

Eh, December To Dismember wasn't that bad of a name back in '95 or '96 (whenever it was first held). The WWE-produced D2D kinda soured that name forever, though.

ROH.
'Man Up' is the best PPV name ever.
It doesn't matter if they have a DVD called 'Time to Man Up!'. 'Man Up' is still awesome.

(The original) ECW, no contest.
WWE PPV names suck since so many of them are incredibly generic (i.e. Vengence, Backlash, In Your House, etc).
WCW was a little better: they had some creative seasonal titles like "Spring Stampede" and "Halloween Havoc." But on the other hand, they had some really generic ones also, like "The Great American Bash" (Oh wow, we're playing off of patriotism, so you know this show is a 'can't miss!') and "WCW Uncensored" (If this PPV is UNcensored, that does that mean that WCW was censoring all of its other PPVs, and if so, WHY?).
ECW easily wins with PPV titles like "Barely Legal," "Guilty As Charged," and "November to Remember."
CZW and ROH are decent as far as supercard titles go.
I can't speak for the federation's entire history, but I mark out every time I think back to the Luger promo and remember that Billy Whatshisname booked him to wrestle at CSWF's "Superbrawl Saturday" LOL

hell We Cant Wrestle censored UNCensored more than any other show.....I always wanted to sue them or alse advertisement for that one. and was ere ever a real Brawl at SuperBrawl? ECW, TNA and ROH ave the best names. ECW ad names hat implied its edgy content, who can ever forget the fact that Kurt Angle was in attendance for the barbed wire crucifixion in September of 96....instant classic. Boy he wanted his named edited out o that one quick.

ECW should lose votes simply for green-lighting the name "Anarchy Rulz".
EDIT: (I'm sorry, they should "looz" votes)

WWE, but mostly back before with just the original names of the Big 4 they had, by the time the In Your House's came around they just started getting too silly with the names.

It's not really false advertising, as I recall they called it "Uncensored" because WWE wasn't sanctioning any of the bouts and so the wrestlers could do as they wanted. Didn't see anything wrong with "Great American Bash" or "Superbrawl" either, I don't know what were people expecting, literal brawls all the way around for no good reason from start to finish? Were people actually expecting a guy and girl to have sex at One Night Stand or something? If we're talking about taking the names of the PPV's literally.

I'm not a TNA fan, but some of their PPV names have a nice ring to them.

Okay, so I've voter for other since I thought show names count.
So as far as PPV's are concerned I'd go with ECW just for "Barely Legal" and "Guilty As Charged" alone.
As far as show names are concerned it's Chikara no doubt: "Don't Eat The Black One" "International Invasion Of The International Invaders"
of course PWG is just as good: "Free Admission - Just Kidding!"
Gold!
