As a kid, Sweet Stan Lane was probably the first person I ever heard of that had "educated feet". But he's not "Other". Low Ki/Senshe is, and he wins the poll, IMO.

Low Ki and Akuma are guys I almost put, but I wanted "Other" to be pretty broad. Good pick. Whether he wins the poll or not remains to be seen, though. ;D

X-Pac..... Just because JR always said it in every match he was in.... and he would always call him quick as a hickup. Anytime I think of educated feet X-pac is the highest anyone can be and nobody is even close.
Best kicks though... I don't know... I have a few people that have the best drop kick. Does that count?

I really don't want to pick whom everyone else has chosen for fear of looking like an uber-smark.
Ah, hell with it. Ki gets my vote. Everytime he kicks anyone I just wince.

Toshiaki Kawada.
A man who is shaped like that should NOT be as flexible as he is.

Crossbones. His kicks, especially from that 'Training Session' clip on YouTube, are some of the stiffest I've ever seen. Plus there's this clip: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=DIGczXavg9U
