MCMG are probably going to win this feud. If not cleanly, by having the whole division rush Team 3D and overpower them.

Unless they surprise me, this thing will be doomed from the start for a number of reasons.
1) It's f***ing Team 3D. Which automatically takes away from it.
2) Didn't they do something like this and have it epically fail ...oh I don't know ... LAST SUMMER?
3) If the MCMG win the feud, fantastic. Too bad the rest of the division will have potentially been SACRIFICED by then.
4) Good matches out of 3D? HAH.
Yeah ... not looking forward to this at all.

As soon as I heard "because they can", I was dissapointed to no end. The reason for destroying the X-Division should be that Team 3D are bitter vets that underestimate the division. They could squash a team like Petey and Shark Boy one week, have some version of Triple X or like Lethal and Dutt come really close to beating them, and then MCMGs beat them cleanly and Team 3D finally shows respect to the X-Division because Shelley and Sabin proved them wrong about X-Division wrestlers. I mean I'm not Paul Heyman or anything, but I know that idea is miles better than "We beat up small wrestlers easily because we're bigger"...thats WWE shit IMO.

also for those who say this will end up like joe and the x division, i will place my bets that it won't because joe was being built up to reach main event. they had him on an undefeated streak. if the whole point of it wasn't to give joe momentum then he could have lost and gave the rub to the x division. however, he was still being booked as unstoppable. everyone hates how he destroyed the x division and they never got the rub, but when joe finally did lose everyone complained as well. team 3d aren't being elevated to main event. they can lose this feud because the reason obviously isn't to make them unstoppable like it was with joe.

I would not be a bit surprised if Team 3D dominates and embarrases the MCMG. TNA really seem to enjoy not letting us have anything good when it comes to Shelley and Sabin.

Yeah, Joe had more (unreached) potential than most of the guys he beat too, but he didn't even really squash most guys (Sabin, Styles, Daniels, Liger, and others got good offense in on him during his big run). Team 3D on the other hand has already done everything they can do really...half a decade ago. Now it's easy to see that most guys in the division (minus bland ones like Petey, or lame ones like Shark Boy) are worth more to the company than Team 3D ever could be...especially MCMGs. |

It's not like the X-Division has any credibility anymore. Joe ran through everyone and the division has been in shambles since. I'm fine with The Dudleys interrupting a sloppy spotfest to put Sonjay Dutt through a table. To me, that's more entertaining than watching the match itself.

I think everyone forgets that Team 3D are heels, and aren't gonna not do something cause the fans don't want it. They'll do it anyway cause they're smurfing heels! They can't attack VKM, cause people would enjoy that. They gotta go after something people love. More effective.

TNA really seem to enjoy not letting us have anything good when it comes to Shelley and Sabin. i disagree with that. they won their first feud. then they got beat quickly by vkm and everyone cried. then they personally eliminated vkm in the match for the tag team contendership, getting the last laugh, and going on to the finals of the match only to lose to the team who next win the belts. this is their second feud they are now setting up i would say they have a good chance. |

with my joe comparisons i was just pointing out why joe never gave anyone the rub after destroying the x division, and how that doesn't relate to the current storyline meaning, it looks like mcmgs are going to be getting the rub.
