Nah. Like Danielson's. Spinning elbow strike. Sounds cool.

no not with the way he's been doing it.
He sorta just you know holds his forearm out and walks into the guy
that match with kawada was what 4 years ago?
in his matches with Bison Smith, Morishima, and Marufuji and from this match it was the weak ass delivery of the move that pissed me off.
i just don't like misawa being on top and being so old and not able to give the performances he used to be capeable of.

That's Kawada, not Chono. Chono would no sell it and hit a Shining Yakuza Kick and then lock Misawa in a Cross Legged STF for good measure.

Watched the match on youtube earlier. I'll agree that the pacing was strange, it's like they went straight from the usual motions at the start of the match to the finish straight away. I loved the reaction to Joe though, especially when he hit that Suicida. Joe wins people over quickly.

Why not have the match finish after the Emerald Fusion?
Why do that weak elbow finish?

??
It wasn't enough to put Joe away. He barely kicked out of it, and was very close to being out all together. Misawa sees this, and capitalizes by striking Joe in the back of the head with a trademark KO elbow. I do not see what was wrong with that finish, or how it was weak. It's signature Misawa, and followed the typical Puro style.

No the elbow is a weak finish, in this day and age. Seriously atleast with the legdrop he falls on you.
in this match he sorta just picks joe up and gently forearms his hiand into the back of joe's head.
Old Man Misawa just doesn't got it.

I would rather take an F-U, RKO, Chokeslam, or Angle Slam ( to name a few ) over a hard elbow to the head. I have seen people get knocked out in real life by elbows.

Yeah, but the elbow didn't at all look viscious as in the past Misawa would reing down with a stiff elbow.
but that was just the usual pull guy up pound set up for Tiger suplex/tiger driver spot he would usually do, but intead opted for the pin.
I mean I get the gist of what was going on, I just don't like Misawa's elbows anymore.
