I saw he was online and sent him a message saying this
"Steve Corino, I just wanted to let you know that every time I've seen you step through the ropes and into the squared circle, you've entertained me and that I'll be saddened when you hang up your boots."
He messages me back five seconds later "Thank you"
My response "No, thank you sir"
It made me feel good to tell one of my Heroes how much I appreciate what he's done and I'm sure it made him happy at the fact that a fan took time out of their life to tell him how much he has touched their life. Call me a mark or whatever but Damnit, he's the King of Kings, a member of the Extreme Horsemen, the King of Old School, and the F****** GOD of Professional Wrestling STEVE CORRRRRINOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

That's cool. Wonder how often people do that to wrestlers.

Corino is a very cool guy. He did have AIM because I used to talk with him. He posted it on his forum he used to have on his site. He changed it a couple times. I have like two different screen names he used to go by. Neither one been online for a long time.

That's cool. Wonder how often people do that to wrestlers. I've done it before. Back in the ECW days, I used to mass flood Nova's AIM with Blue Meanie propaganda. I also talked to Sunny a few times, Trish, Gangrel (wasn't him though, he said he'd pass the you rock compliment along though), and possibly another one or two I'm forgetting. Nick Berk used to be on, but I never messaged him as I'm not familiar with his work or anything.

Same here. He's the only guy that's ever actually messaged me back. Other than Masters, of course. And Cloudy. And Delirious, who wrote me back in Lizard. So, I guess that thing about @lx isn't true, then.

That's cool. Wonder how often people do that to wrestlers. Mike Quackenbush was awesome enough to respond to a myspace message I dropped him awhile back. I always really appreciated that, because he's probably my favorite active wrestler right now.

I messaged Colt, AmDrag, Daffney, Sabin, Shelley, and more today. I'll keep you guys posted if they respond.
Only guys I really wrote before that were Delirious(His myspace), Aries(, and Brian Lawler, and they all wrote back, being pretty cool.

All I've ever gotten was a "lol, agreed!" from Elijah Burke.

I used to write back and forth with AnnThraxx (now gong by Ann Brookstone) quite a bit. Turned out she grew up about 10 miles away from where I live. I should go talk to her again, it's been a while.
LuFisto hit me back a couple of times too. She's mondo fun.

I always really appreciated that, because he's probably my favorite active wrestler right now. I decided to message Quakenbush today because one, I wanted him to know how beloved Chikara is here, and 2, because he's a fellow Mike Nesmith fan...and that makes him cool to me.

that's cool. I'm sure Corino really did enjoy hearing that. If you ever want to compliment anyone like that, just tell them you apprecaite their work and congratulate them on their success.
I talk to Blue Meanie all the time. He's hella cool.

I've gotten a few replies from Fabian Kaelin from WSX. He's a really cool guy and he's appreciative of his fans.
Also he apparently is going to make organic dog biscuits? According to a myspace bulletin this morning.

Still just riding the Retail Dragon comment. I don't message wrestlers as much anymore, since I've sorta given up. The most recent is Cheerleader Melissa, and truth be told, I've kinda come off as a freak. Sorta. I told her how much I enjoyed her matches with MsChif. Which is a bit dated, I know, but that's how I became a fan of her.
