Is this a big push for Robert Roode or a big De-Push for Samoa Joe? I can't tell, though I do think It'll lead to a good match at Genesis.

Joe has feuded with both Angle and Cage already. They're trying to make Roode a star. Perfect fit for a feud at this point, imo. I think they'll have a very very good match @ Genesis. Im one of the bigger Roode marks on this board.

It's a push for Roode.
And we're also seeing a push for Kaz as well.
And, amazingly, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin.
They're pushing homegrown talent.
Now, I'm going to repeat that, just so it becomes clear.
They are pushing...homegrown...talent.
TNA.
The actual Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
Hard to take in? I know it is for me.

I don't think it can be considered a de-push for Joe since Joe wasn't the one who started it. Before Roode, he was trying to beat Cage again to gain entry into the FFYR. Roode interrupted and now they're feuding.
I think it will be good for Roode. Maybe rub off the whole Eric Young feud and get him started anew.

Luckily, the Kaz feud of sorts he's had has helped that, too.

I also see it as a push for Roode. I haven't been this excited for Roode since Team Canada.

I loved Joe's blade job last night. Really nice. during the adrenaline rush section at the end when they replayed it with the green tint it looked even crazier. that was brutal.

It was damn shocking too, they went to commercial with Joe and Roode brawling in the crowd, and when they came back Joe was gushing blood all over the camera!

It's nice to see that TNA is settling itself more into the new WCW role with midcard feuds making the PPV worthwhile and main events I couldn't give a damn about.

While I'll admit Robert Roode is pretty good in the ring, here's why I find this as an undeserved push.
1. Lacking Charisma 2. Moveset and gimmick that seems to take from Ted DiBiase and Mr. Perfect, while being nowhere near either. 3. Pre-BFG he was stumbling his way through backstage interview segments in the ever-ambigous storyline involving Traci Brooks.
And now he's suddenly become the guy who can beat the crap out of Samoa Joe. To which i say, hell no.

Joe needs to feud with Storm, Roode is NEVER going to be over no matter how much they push him.

Joe needs to feud with Storm, Roode is NEVER going to be over no matter how much they push him. I want a Joe/Storm feud too. Roode can wrestle, but he looks like he's got the wrong gimmick. You'd think a tycoon as big as him would have better hair-care.

It wasn't a blade job, Joe's head jhit the corner point of the steps, also, since TNA has gotten 2 hours, they seem to be doing most things properly, which I like. They built up this match in only 2 t.v tapings, and the brawl was very much needed to give credibility to the fued...in fact, the blood is what gave credibility to the fued.
