Why were they wearing masks? I haven't really been following P161 as i thought it was dumb... The blogs instructed followers to wear black masks and bandanas to identify supporters or something like that. Apparently some fans actually did it, tonight, so I was curious as to their reaction. Part of me thinks they were just ROH Students forced to dress up and sit in the crowd since Detroit had NO ONE show up in masks. If I had gone to the Chicago show, I would have dressed up in the bandanna and ski mask. Of course, I pretty much dress up for events anyways (I was actually wearing a black bandanna at MM2.) |

Jacobs and Black now control one of the most dangerous weapons in ROH.

I still wanted butcher to be part of evans stable though. maybe some day he'll be managed by julius smokes some day. Think about it, though. Now it's more likely that Kingston will be part of the Vulture Squad, and that they'll fued with AotF, which will lead to Butcher vs. Kingston. Which will be amazing. |

Now it's more likely that Kingston will be part of the Vulture Squad, and that they'll fued with AotF, which will lead to Butcher vs. Kingston. Which will be amazing. that match has happened before, and personally I'd like to see butcher vs. ruckus. also butcher vs. hero, since they actually do put on good matches together. |

I'm really excited for this. I think that the addition of Necro makes up for the fact that Jacobs and Black were kind of expected. But really think about it. Would we have wanted anyone other than these two. I say no, because if it wasn't, it would be really random and we would forget about it as soon as it came about. I like new and different things, and this has the makings of awesomeness. I'm going to bed now with visions of Necro Butchers dancing in my head, bye all.

It's going to be hilarious. From reports Jacobs says that Necro is a 'misunderstood beauty'. We'll probably get to see Necro dressing with new hair, new clothes, and new music. A new more emo Butcher is awesome. So that would mean he will cut himself as well as other people? I can see the promo now. Jacobs: Damn it, I can't take this. I'm going to cut myself! Necro: I'LL HELP! (Necro runs off and returns with gigantic battle axe) Black: Dude! Too far! Necro: Fine! (throws battle axe and collapses weeping) Black: Aw damn it! Look, I'm sorry, okay? You can help with the cutting, but just take it easy, all right? Necro: Sweet! (begins carving up Jacobs, Black, the entire training class, and the first three rows) Black: I said just a little! Necro: Yeah, I know. (continues cutting) |

I also think it's nice that there is still some mystery to the group. Jacobs hinted that the mastermind wasn't there, right? I'm still hoping that the "at large" member is Shane Douglas, by the way. The thoughts of "The Franchise" and Necro working together make me all happy inside.
EDIT: I have a feeling that after they're done with the Briscoes, Age of the Fall will be going after Hangman 3... or vice versa. Everything about the two groups - their members, their philosophies, even their stable names - seem to clash.

Jacobs is perfect as the mouthpiece. Black can hang with anyone in ROH, and easily cements himself as a future title holder. Guy is just that good. And then. . .top it off with Necro, so that no one has an easy time screwing with you. Perfect stable in my opinion.
