Wasn't the Sting/Angle thing not a botch but an actual move?

Wasn't the Sting/Angle thing not a botch but an actual move? I think it was a botch. A cool botch, but a botch nonetheless.

He is really stretching for content now. And are boobs allowed on youtube?
Raven showed a lot of restraint there, I'm sure a lot of wrestlers would have beat the shit out of that guy.

That Raven one I had never heard about. Way to go lazy WCW security. Shows how much of a professional Raven truly is. They cut his mic and he continues to do his promo. Classy.

Raven handled that comparatively well, although I'm surprised he kept talking while the mic wasn't coming through. Could he tell, or was he just putting on a brave face?
The angle thing was a botch, because it wasn't meant to be a 450 knee drop...
That was better than the last couple, but still not great. Loving the fat oriental guy throwing a chair into the fans.

That Raven one at the end was cringe-worthy. Was Necro really shooting there? Looked pretty damn legit.

The angle thing was a botch, because it wasn't meant to be a 450 knee drop... i don't mean to sound rude (although it would pay) but how do you know what it was supposed to be? the only two reasons i have heard for this to be a botch is tenay and west being flabbergasted after he did it (which can also happen after a dropkick mind you), and that he wobbled with his footing before hitting the move. looking at the move itself i think that is exactly what he meant to do. the way he instantly rolls forward in the somersault , as is customary after a double knee drop, leads me to believe that is what he was planning on. if it was a botch, then hats off to kurt for thinking incredibly fast on his feet (or off them in this case) because that could have crushed sting. i think however sting was perfectly safe.

A fair point. I just think that a 450 knee drop is a hell of a move to debut in a main event when no-one's seen you do it before. I mean we've all seen Terry Funk's moonsault, though that's not the same thing. Plus it's hilariously dangerous and Sting didn't seem to sell it very well or particularly want someone's knees landing on him. Even if that was what it was intended to be, I think it was slightly screwed up in the landing.

possibly. this just looks to smooth to me to be accidental. it is a hell of a move to pull out this late in your career but he obviously wanted to show people he can still go. that is why i think he decided to pull out something impressive and rarely seen. my jaw dropped a few feet.
