Why is it such a big deal what his name is? Honestly if you try talking to him using his real name I bet he'd blow you off. Same if you called Punk "Phil Brooks" or Raven "Scott Levy"(calling him Scotty is okay apparently.)

Far as Nigel goes, I kinda always thought his first name WAS Nigel. Hell, at Pillman 99, when Les introduced me to him (he was a trainee at the time) and said we'd be workingo together doing the "gopher" duties, he introduced him as Nigel, so I just kinda figured he came up with a new last name for himself.
Oh, and my real name is Jimmy F'Tang F'Tang Neuuuuuuuuuuuuu O'Lay Biscuit Barrell.
