Booker is actually still talented and good enough to go, it's better than washed up talent and garbage they've brought in like Test, Rikishi and Team 3D.

Wasnt the classic Booker vs. Benoit series, a best of 7?
One point I would like to add. I think everyone is just looking to hard at how TNA brought in guys like Test, Rikishi, VKM, Goldust, ext. Those guys are all C-List talents, who can barely still go in the ring. Booker T is A-List, and he is capable of wowing every one of you in the ring still. Not to mention the King Booker gimmick is one of the best played gimmicks in recent memory. Like it or not, Booker breathed that gimmick in, and portrayed it so well.

the title of the thread made me think of this:
now what if WWE somehow got the rights to the letter T? can he come in as Booker Spoilers?

Maybe they'll just call him Harlem T. The WWE can own Harlem Heat and Booker T, but it can't own Harlem T, can it?

Couldn't they just call him Booker? Assuming the name "Booker T" is trademarked?

And yet he'd rather quit than do ecw. Basically teh same locker room, and schedule. But seen as being crapped on by the WWE in the eyes of the veterans... I guess, but it did wonders for Big Daddy V/Vis.

But Booker was a Main Eventer. Vis was never on TV.

But Booker was a Main Eventer. Vis was never on TV. True, but Booker had pretty much feuded with everyone on Smackdown three times over. He wasn't buried or anything on Raw. Losing to Triple H isn't really very bad. Mick Foley did it 4000 times.

Why would WWE own his name? They would likely own "King Booker", but his legal name is Robert Booker Tio Huffman, so he can easily use at least the Booker part still. If not, maybe we'll get a weird Black Machismo like gimmick, where he teaches people. King Booker T Washington! "Tell me he didn't just say that!"

If he thinks RAW was bad...... Yeah, TNA is sooo much worse. No HHH, no Steph, no Vince. Oh, my how he is going to miss these motherf***ers... Oh, yes Jarrett will probably beat Booker in 4 minutes on his return, because Jarrett is sooo much worse than HHH. And the lighter schedule will probably make him "go Benoit".

Oh, yes Jarrett will probably beat Booker in 4 minutes on his return, because Jarrett is sooo much worse than HHH. And the lighter schedule will probably make him "go Benoit". I believe it was once reported that Jarrett actually held the NWA title longer than Trips did. Couple that with the fact that, while I'm no huge HHH fan, Hunter is a bonafide main eventer; and Jeff Jarrett never was and never will be. So yes, Jarrett is worse than Hunter. And TNA isn't the happy wrestling heaven it's fans think it is.

Jarrett held the title when the other main event options were like, Monty Brown, a drugged up Jeff Hardy, Kevin Nash, and Rhino. AJ and everyone else that could have main evented in the 05 area when Jarrett had the belt forever were X division guys going after that belt. Besides, Jarrett isnt even active, and hasn't pinned anyone in forever. He lost to Joe in the "fans revenge match" when the Angle announcement was made. He lost the title to Sting @ BFG, let Sting have the pin in the Lethal Lockdown match, and put over Robert Freaking Roode, not in a fluke pin, but Roode legit beat him. Id say hes been fine lately. Just my opinion. And TNA isn't the sad wrestling Hell that some people think it is. (Especially for a star like Booker)
