Ugh, I hated the outside interference in that match.
It's not that it made Benoit look weak, it just reinforced what WWE had been booking towards during Benoit's entire title reign: that Benoit, as champion, was completely irrelevant to the show.
Seriously, Benoit wins a one hour Iron Man match against the guy who's supposedly the face of Raw, and the final shots of Raw are of Triple H and friggin' Eugene. I'm sorry, that's just sad.
MAN, 2004 WWE makes me angry.

Vince vs. Shane Streetfight at WM17. There was a lot of outside stuff going, but damn that's what made the match. That was a smurfin' fun match to watch.

Tommy Dreamer vs the Dudleys (Come on, Raven's return technically was outside interference) Although this is more a great moment than match.
Sabu vs Justin Credible, ECW Anarchy Rulz 99.
Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker, Hell in a Cell, No Mercy 2002.
There'll be tons more, I just can't think of them yet.

Hart Foundation vs Demolition at Summerslam 90 in a best of three falls. LOD comes down at the end and all hell breaks loose, and it was great. It freshened things up a bit, and evened the odds, since the Demos were using 3 guys the whole match while the Harts were only 2. Also loved Roddy Piper screaming "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" Perfect ending.
