I think I finally figured it out...his legs are so damn strong that by kicking them out upon impact he was able to get some extra air. That's my theory at least...

What baffles me is how he was able to move his hands so quickly. One millisecond they're on the back of Dreamer's thighs, then the next millisecond they're separate and he's bouncing off his head.

I remember watching this on RVD's dvd, and when this came up my mom came in. She had me rewind that piledriver like five times because she was trying to figure out how he did that.
