God, no one I hope. I don't want to see anyone turned into some kind of rodeo clown that'll be jobbing to Viscera for months on end. Name one ROH guy who got that treatment. Let's look a bit more realistically at this: ROH guys in WWE and what they're doing: CM Punk: Champ. Colt: Heavily pushed in OVW Yang: Over gimmick and wins pretty consistantly Noble: On TV every week, and getting over. Seems like WWE is a lot more willing to take risks on guys than we thought. Anyway, Danielson pretty much has a blank ticket to any promotion in the world he wants. WWE has shown interest in him before, and he's the guy everyone in wrestling wants to work. Aries has a good look, and flashy moves. He's the kind of guy that could revive the CW belt overnight, if they wanted to do that with him. Claudio is tailor made for them. Charisma, interesting accent, talent, and a hell of a look. Nigel is a maybe. He's a pretty big dude. Isn't Ace Steel in OVW too?

Sydal, Punk, Joe, and Cabana never had ROH contracts. Sydal was one of the guys who had a WSX contract that had to expire before he could sign anything with ROH, and by that time he had negotiated with WWE and agreed to a developmental after finishing up with ROH first.

I wasn't talking about any specific ROH guy, just the WWE's track record in general with anyone from another fed that isn't named Chris Jericho (and even that took WAY longer than it should've to get him elevated). And why do people keep saying Danielson? He's not even 200 pounds... his royal higness HHH wouldn't dare sully the glass ceiling with someone of that size...

Shawn had a part in training Danielson. Somehow, I don't think politics are going to be the biggest deal in the world....

ROH isn't a force like WCW where WWE would have buried them. Most ECW guys who came to WWE during the attitude era were given some prominent roles.
Most guys who came from WCW like Public Enemy were hastily buried.

Does anyone know specifically when Sydal is leaving ROH? He's, like, my favorite guy there right now.

And Mysterio.... well, Smackdown is like a world unknown to HHH. Danielson's 186 (as of Manhattan Mayhem II). I'm not saying Danielson COULDN'T do it as I know he could rule the WWE for the next decade, I just find it very hard to see him getting the chance to do so.

He's gone as far as I know. Already doing dark matches in OVW, according to Online World of Wrestling.

Found this on Wikipedia:
Sydal made his debut for WWE in its developmental territory, OVW, at the October 10 OVW taping, defeating Jamie Olivencia.
Okay, thanks guys. Continue with what you were talking about before my side-tracking.

Man, I hope Sydal takes over OVW. He was REALLY coming into his stride at the end of his ROH run.

Are there any serious future big time WWE talent in Ring of Honor? Guy's who have.... A) the look B) the mic skills/charisma C) the workrate I see lots of guys who are pretty good workers, but they're almost all midgets, and a lot have little to no charisma. So who in ROH is the total package, so to speak? There really aren't any "midgets". out of the roster A lot of them are right around 6 foot, or over. Over 6 foot:8 5'10"-6':7 Under 6 foot:11 there were a couple I couldn't find heights for(Hagadorn, Tyler Black) Believe Hagadorn's about 5'8", but I'm not quoting me on that.

He had the worst match in WWE this year as Donald Trump.

Hasn't Danielson said he doesn't want to wrestle on TV, though? I could be wrong (it's rare but it happens ), but I thought I heard he stated he has no interest in wrestling on television at this time?

Chris Hero with the Hero of Wrestling gimmick and they would have to change his CH on the front of his tights so not to get in a lawsuit with DC, also with black sunglasses and a huge jacket instead of a cape(not to make him look like the Huricanne)
Briscoes if they ever go. Make them Gerald Briscoes unruly, juvenile delinquient nephews who he's ashamed of and they keep winning despite him and just pissing him off.
American Dragon. Build him up as somewhat of a UFC shoot fighter, that way, thats who have never seen him before could take him seriously also by knocking out a big star (ex Jeff Hardy, MVP, Morrison) with the MMA Elbows or CM.

I can easily see El Generico getting a contract based solely on his gimmick. Both Pearce and Larry Sweeney have the mic skills the WWE likes, but I don't see either being used as anything other than a manager.

From what I've seen of AmDrag, he would likely get a heavy push solely based on his notoriety in the same way that sort of happened to Punk. He wouldn't be booked as unbeatable, but certainly as a deadly threat.

Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero as the Kings of Wrestling in WWE as a tag team gimmick of guys who are super cocky, but have the moves to back it up are taylor made for WWE.
They have great charisma, size, and a unique look...though at times Hero looks a bit too indy, I think he can transition well to WWE style same goes for claudio. Not really any head droppy moves, mostly just a bunch of euro-lucha style.
Gosh I love the tag team so much, and the singles guys as wrestlers. I think they'd be great in WWE.
Or they could just go to TNA and also make abyss look short.
Seriously Claudio and Hero are just tall.
hell making Larry Sweeney their full time manager/part time third man in six man tags. Would be wonderful. Plus he could be the next bobby heenan should WWE really want to go that way.
