Was just wondering what's the point that the companay will turn from and to.

Some stuff I think we could see:

Six Man War
Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, & Tomko vs. Sting, Booker T, & Kaz

Kurt may have stolen Christian's squad from him, so let Booker and Sting go after the guys who cost them the World Title, meanwhile build up and tease Kaz vs Angle. Hell, I'd have Kaz get a fluke pin over Angle setting up their match at Final Resolution. Doesn't need a ton of goofy interference or a wild No DQ stip, just a great 30-35 minute main event with awesome wrestling.


Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe

These two never fail to deliver, and there is still room for more with them. Now Christian is alone and has no back up, and Joe decides he wants his revenge for the Fight For The Right deal now that he's disposed of Roode. Never a mistake putting this match on a PPV.


Grudge Match
Team 3D vs. Sonjay Dutt & Jay Lethal

3D stole the belt, and Lethal wants it back. Plus Dutt was part of that beatdown at Genesis, so toss him in here too. 3D can win this one for all I care, just so long as Lethal isn't pinned clean and 3D makes off with the belt again until Final Resolution.


TNA Knockouts Championship
Gail Kim defends vs. Roxxi Laveaux

I see no reason to go straight in to the Gail Kim/Awesome Kong match. Let it simmer for a little while longer. You don't have to have Kong squashing Knockouts for another two months either. Have her on iMPACT! every week, but start playing more mind games with Gail Kim. Stalking her in the hallways, destroy her dressing room, leave her threatening messages. Something along those lines. Not to mention, I think this would be another good match on the card.


Tag Team Attraction
Motor City Machine Guns vs. Triple X of Elix Skipper & Senshi

Guns have great momentum coming out of the match with 3D. This doesn't need a storyline per say, just a great 15-17 minute PPV match for the Guns to win and keep on rolling.


Some Kind Of No DQ Stip With A Funny Name
Abyss vs. Crimson Blood

Self explanatory. Abyss vs another monster in a brawl. I'd just let Abyss beat him too, and keep building until Judas is back and ready to roll. Again, perhaps at Final Resolution?


Grudge Match
James Storm vs. Eric Young

Let us not forget, Storm IS still a heel. He gets pissed about Young taking that belt thing and out drinking him, so he introduces Young to a bottle to the face. Sets itself up easily.



Here are some things I don't know or doubt we'll see, but I'd like to see:

Rodert Roode vs. Homicide

It's random I know, but I think it could actually be really good. Easy enough to set up. On one iMPACT! you have Homicide talking to Joe in the hallway or something, just casually. Homicide says something about Roode getting his ass kicked at Genesis, they both laugh and walk away. Later we see Roode totally ambush and destroy Homicide in the backstage area yelling about "YOU THINK I'M A JOKE?! WHO GOT HIS ASS KICKED NOW?". I think they could have a really good solid match. Use it to continue Roode's push.


Christopher Daniels vs. Chris Harris

Yeah ... no idea really how to set it up. But the rest of Triple X was doing something, thought a Daniels match on the card couldn't hurt.

I gotta be honest, though, I'd mark for a promotion that named all their PPVs after various books from the Bible for no apparant reason. Just imagine TNA's promo guy:

"KURT ANGLE! BOOKER T! AJ STYLES! THIS SUNDAY, JULY 21, TNA PROUDLY PRESENTS...... PSALMS!!!"

I figured they call it "Genesis" because it's the beginning of the TNA calendar, which ends at Bound For Glory.

They called it Genesis because originally it was a highlight PPV of TNA's early days in 2003. I guess they thought the name was good for a PPV.

They should have a fire/barbed wire match with Abyss Red Crimson Black Reign Judas Mesiah and hopefully all 4 die so I wont have to watch anymore evil "dark" magic types. Throw Mitchell in there too. I blame this all on Kevin Sullivan.

Good booking MGH. I do see someone and Traci Brooks vs Robert Roode and Raine.

I think they should push an LAX feud with XXX and have Low-Ki turn and joing LAX and give Daniels a singles heel push into a feud with LAX. Or not.

I think Chris Harris might be turning heel and they teased a feud with Rhino. Maybe something comes of that.

Other than bringing up that I hate magic stuff and I blame it all on Kevin Sullivan. I know its semantics but dont you think youre being overly critical over a joke that you didnt get. Does every joke have to spelled out on this board? If its slightly offensive or of a sensitive nature?

I dont mind including the term kayfabe or something along those lines, but I do think this is unwarranted criticism.

With all due respect, people have said some really bad comments around here and a lot of us mods don't have time to question the intent of a post like that. Some people really would like to see those people stop living. I apologize for assuming the worst (also the tone of my last post shouldn't have come off so mean, my fault there) but you have to understand where I'm coming from. Just make it a little clearer that you mean the character and not the actual human being next time. Mostly because if it wasn't me commenting on it first then it might have been another poster and it could've turned ugly.

I understand and apologize for the misunderstanding. I would never want or celebrate any wrestling related death. I should have written "kill off" the characters in a more of a abort type of way.

With all due respect, people have said some really bad comments around here and a lot of us mods don't have time to question the intent of a post like that. It's interesting; the main event of this year's Turning Point is similar to the first turning point, except Jeff Jarrett has been replaced by Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy and Randy Savage have been replaced by Kurt Angle and Travis Tomko.

Overall, an improvement.

If what I saw Thursday was any indication, Christian VS Booker should be a good one. My first thought when Booker officially joined was that he should first feud with Christian--which makes the first time EVER that TNA and I had the same idea.
