FINALLY! Someone else likes the factions too! I swear, I thought I was the only one. Hell, I give the Hangman 3 a pass because I enjoy Pearce. i've never had a problem with the factions. and i gave The Hangmen 3 a pass because, well, they were f'n bad asses at Caged Rage and Manhattan Mayhem II. until ROH finally announced the lineup for the Trios Tournament, they were one of my picks to go to the finals (ROH killed me with the other two cause they had them going up against each other first) They were badass at MM2. Also, I don't follow ROH constantly. Can ya give me a link to the Trios Tournament stuff?

Great stuff. Very creepy. The only problem are that their promos aren't exactly sending chills down my spine like the equivalents from Jim Mitchell and Raven can. I think that's due to Jimmy Jacobs' voice. He wants to be Raven, but the pitch of his voice is making him sound like an angry teenager.

That was dumb... WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FAVORITE ANGLE IN WRESTLING? Seriously their rants in the video sounds like they came out of the emo generator.

Jimmy's previous character was emo, but he's different now. He's more interested in the suffering of OTHERS and not his own suffering. That's not very emo.

It was good. I look forward to the next one, as long as Lacey doesn't speak.

I get kind of an anarcho-primitivist and nihilist (that must be exhausting) vibe to the Age of the Fall.

first time I ever heard Tyler Black talk. His voice suprised me. He's a good promo guy(and being in a stable with Jacobs can only help).
Awesome. But I'm just a huge mark for Jimmy.
Makes me sad that the Toys R Us turned into a f***ing Babies R Us.

What does this whole thing have to do with wrestling exactly? It's funny how people can see things in a different light if it involves a wrestler they like

This has to do with wrestling because its basically AoTF's gimmick to point out the flaws in mankind. One of the basic downfalls of man is greed. Commercialism is synonymous with greed. Wal-Mart is synonymous with commercialism .

If it was done by TNA the whining of 'it doesn't push the young wrestlers involved/takes up too much TV time/is pointless/' would be deafening.

Of all the factions in ROH, my favorite is probably still the No Remorse Corps. They're really nothing more than a group of guys that just want to beat the crap out of everyone they see.
But I can definitely get into a faction like AotF. Reminds me a lot of Raven's flock, but I'll be the first to admit that none of them possess the awesome, creepy Charisma Raven had.
(And as for "if TNA did this," it should be pointed out that ROH released this online. As far as I know it's not even on a show, so the argument of "wasting time" or "not putting young talent over" would be kinda pointless--although, it is a way of building interest in a new faction with newcomers to ROH.)

My favorite faction is the Vulture Squad, but in the history of ROH it had to be Generation Next led by Alex Shelley.
AOTF I'm just not digging as I'm not a fan of Jacobs.

I'll agree on the Vulture Squad love. My obvious Chikara-based Jigsaw bias aside, Ruckus is amazing, if a bit flippy, and the stable has actually changed my opinion of Jack Evans from someone I totally hated to someone I can actually put up with and tolerate.

What could and should have been a creepy and thought-provoking promo on mankinds flaws is basically them aimlessly walking around desperately attempting to find something to rant about.
Great!

I've yet to see much of the Vulture Squad yet. From the shows I've seen, I've only witnessed their early stages prior to Jigsaw's addition.
I'm a fan of Jack Evans, though. At first, I just saw him as a flip-crazy former backyard wrestler (that's just what he looked like). But he actually makes it work. I dunno, I'm not saying he's a high-flying version of Bret Hart or anything, but there's at least some psychology to his matches, rather than just seeing high high he can jump, how many times he can flip, or haw far he can fall.

<3 Age Of The Fall.
Not every promo has to be "I'M'A BEAT U UP WRASSLOR GUY".
Also, being "creepy" and not corny is a difficult task. I'm glad they aren't overdoing it.

Not every promo has to be "I'M'A BEAT U UP WRASSLOR GUY". I'd pay good money to see a promo that is only that.
