Sucked, and it ended with Batista retaining by beating Taker cleanly.

I seriously enjoyed Cyber Sunday. But I guess that's just me.

I thought it was awful and the only thing I liked about it is one of the things everyone else will hate: Batista beating Undertaker clean.

Probably the most boring one I ever seen.

As big of an Undertaker mark as I am, I actually liked the clean finish in the World Heavyweight Championship match. Atleast it wasn't a cop out like the WWE took in the other matches tonight (MVP v. Kane)/(Michaels vs. Orton).

Plus, did anyone think that Punk vs. Miz was actually one of Punk's better WWE pay-per-view matches.

Plus, did anyone think that Punk vs. Miz was actually one of Punk's better WWE pay-per-view matches. It was okay, far better than I was expecting. I was kind of hoping to see Punk/Morrison one last time though.

I was kind of hoping to see Punk/Morrison one last time though. I would also love to see that feud again, but much more well done. It is a perfect setup. John Morrison (Likes to party "drugs and alcohol"/loves a lot of women) vs. CM Punk (Straightedge "No drugs/No alcohol"/No random sex)

Here's what I didn't like about Cyber Sunday.
No title changes.
Think about it for a moment...
...The WWE gives the power to the fans to decide the matches. Cool, right? If the WWE was smart, they'd create at least two (or more) matches where the outcome of a match was determined by title stipulations; no DQ, belt changes hands on a countout, things like that. Stipulations that would intrigue the wrestling fan to both vote AND buy the PPV, and then let them actually see their votes cast do some kind of damage to the inner structure of the company. It's something that even the casual fan could pick up on, and would send the crowd both at home and those attending live the feeling that they witnessed something truly groundbreaking - something that they helped create. Of which the former should be part of EVERY PPV, but the latter would be an exclusivity to Cyber Sunday.
I dunno. Maybe this is why I'm not on the coveted WWE writing team, but it seems to me that they could have made at least *one* title change hands via a stipulation voted on by the fans. It offers a sense of accomplishment, and closure.
What a great way to put a second tier strap on an up and comer who needs it? What a great way to build and maintain interest in the product? What a great way to make the fans feel like their time wasn't completely wasted, voting for the most bogus of stipulations in matches that we could see on Internet Heat?
Honestly, when your choices are Kane, Kahli, or Henry, you're not exactly creating PPV's that people want to ... you know, actually pay for.
smurf you, Vince!

It was alright. Taker should've won IMO.

Some of the choices were surprising (Miz, Street Fight), and while the matches for the most part weren't bad, they were predictable. Having two unclean finishes hurt a lot, too.
From what I've gathered, Vince is insisting on long title reigns for now. It does seem to make the belts more valuable in the long run.

I figured Jericho wouldn't show up, I figure he will show up tomorrow though. I thought the PPV was alright. I don't go in expecting anything special anymore, I just watch the PPVs and have fun doing so.

I didn't see it. But for those of you that have seen both this years and last years. I'd love to hear which you thought was the overall better show.

Didn't see it... but from what I gather, the Diva Halloween Costume contest was the highlight. And, um, I kinda just saw all their pictures for FREE! Not to mention, a Mickie James VID in her costume is posted somewhere. How many terrible Pay Per Views can the E keep getting away with?

I'm watching it now because I had to stay late at work tonight.
Finlay/Mysterio was good. Punk/Miz was ok. Hardy/Kennedy was very good. MVP/Kane was ok. Orton/Michaels was very good. HHH/Umaga was very good. I'm just about to watch Taker/Batista. So far, so good.

In my opinion it was a awful PPV. I think that Batista vs. Undertaker was match of the night, and was the only match that actually had me on the edge of my seat.
Umaga vs. Triple H was moderately decent. I'm really glad Umaga got that table spot off, and it looked really good.
The rest of the card was easily forgettable, my friends and myself pretty much zoned out of the opening and mid card stuff.
