You know, if you just run a cable from your router to your XBox, you don't need to spend the extra money on a wireless adapter. That's what I went with. Thanks for telling me this. The XBOX representative said I had to buy the adapter but I think I misunderstood her. The wireless adapter is what, 90 bucks? The cable I ran from my router to my 360 was like 11. I did the math. I was going to go with the wireless router, because I thought that is what I had to go with. But the guy I was dealing with at Walmart told me I could just run a cable. Good thing he was a good guy.

What kind of cable do I need? I think I used and Ethernet Cable, I'm not exactly sure. I'm sure someone at your local electronics store (or maybe if there are some geeks on this wrestlecrap forum) would know. I was going to go with the Wireless connector until the guy at Wally World told me that I would get a better connection with the cable and it was cheaper.

Oh...the XBOX 360 came with one!
(Connects cable)
Success! I'll go through the whole installation later though as I'm stepping out for an hour or 2.

TankCat401. I'm only on sporadically though. And I suck at pretty much all games. Don't worry, I'm not any good either. I just like playing, but I get my ass handed to me online, especially in Gears of War. Granted, I hadn't played Gears of War in many months, but I still shouldn't have gotten killed that bad ... I hate to see what happens to me in Halo 3 ...

I hate to see what happens to me in Halo 3 ... I actually did surprisingly well when I tried Halo 3 online. Sure, I got killed all the time and only managed to win a round once, but I didn't suck nearly as bad as I had expected.

I hate to see what happens to me in Halo 3 ... I actually did surprisingly well when I tried Halo 3 online. Sure, I got killed all the time and only managed to win a round once, but I didn't suck nearly as bad as I had expected. I played my little 13 year old nephew one day when he came over ... And he cleaned my clock. Worse than that, he was gloating the whole time ... Not that it's a bad thing, as according to gaming law if you are winning you can gloat, I didn't expect him to do it. So then we played some fighting game and to paraphrase Good Ol' J.R., I beat him like a government mule. Too bad I'm not on Live so much with me grinding to get one of my characters out to level 40 in that overly addictive WOW.

If youve played 1 FPS you played em all In fact, that was the first time I tried any kind of FPS multiplayer since... well, the days of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on the N64.

Alright, I'm on. Feel free to add "The Animaniac" to your friends list.
Edit: Here are the games I have that are mutiplayer: Forza Motorsport 2 (Cool game. Have to get used to the steering.) Marvel Ultimate Alliance (Really fun game. Don't like comic books but I'm enjoying it a lot.) Uno (Xbox live arcade)
Haven't gotten gold membership though so it may be a few days days till I can battle people.

Funny thing was, I thought they would make me.....err Deadpool... an afterthought in the game, but they really made me a badass AND gave m..him.. just about the most/best lines in the game when you interact with other characters.
