EPIC FAIL you mean the movie or the review? The movie. I figured that was implied by posting the poster. So, uh... guess the joke's kinda fallen apart now then. FAIL for me.

2007 had a bunch of good movies, and Scary Movie 2 and 3, and Not Another Teen Movie were real funny.
Epic Movie did suck though...

I hate most of these parody movies. Airplane!, Kentucky Fried Movie and Scary Movie are honestly the only ones that have pulled off the parody trick. Not Another Teen Movie, eh, not so much.
But I don't have an inkling in my body to see this piece of crap. Next.

Wow Seth, you have a lot of energy to put into trashing movies. Hats off to you. Me not motivated good. Type short.
...by the way, Not Another Teen Movie is the only one of these movies I like. Not dedicated at the moment to see if it had the same people writing as the others, but that's my theory.
I got sucked into watching the first three Scary Movies. I can't explain my ability to finish them all, I kept trying to look for something funny and after awhile just marvelled at the fact that these were successful and somehow got sequals. Same with Date Movie.
Its like someone gave second graders a stack of MAD magazines, a budget, and the impression that this was a good idea.

I disagree....some of the parodies are very good....however, most good parody movies have a central theme and dont go all over the place with their themes.

I Would rather let New Jack take a blood sample then watch this piece of garbage. Good job having to sit through it.

Having not seen the movie and only having skimmed your review, I will say that Da Vinci is seven letters... I'm guessin that's where the lame is seven letters joke was supposed to go. At least that's what I got from reading your summary.

I cannot believe David Carradine and especially Roscoe Lee Browne had anything to do with this. Yes, I do think they're better than this.

this is honestly the saddest excuse for a movie when you read a review that tries to explain the plot and you still don't have any idea what's going on.
I don't even blame seth because in the end of the review he does say that in good parody movies you can figure out the plot. I'll actually go further and say that even in bad parody movies you can figure out the plot.
for instance, 2001 a space travesty may be considered by some a bad parody movie, but none the less I can explain the plot and have it sound coherent. with this movie the plot jumps around so much to make stupid jokes of movies that it actually becomes hard to figure out what is going on. it's like a bad LSD trip of pop culture jokes.
what boggles my mind even further is that you could have all the random jokes thrown in just fine as long as theres a plot that makes sense. harold and kumar go to white castle had a crap load of random jokes thrown in but they never strayed away from the plot, harold and kumar trying to get to white castle.

Plot is always essential to a good parody movie and it is sad that most of those movies dont think a plot is needed anymore.
