It's being picked up by NBC to air there. I believe that Showtime dropped it. So don't expect the gore/nudity/swearing to be there (which might be good for it, since I thought it relied a little too much on all 3. Maybe the suspence and writing will get better) Not sure when it'll air, because it was waylaid by the writer's strike. Oh, and it'll be called "Fear Itself" and Mick Garris is having nothing to do with it. Ah, okay. I agree that the show did often rely too much on gore/nudity/swearing, but it really was a great premise which is too bad because there were some excellent horror directors that did episodes for it, even if mediocrity was the most that could be hoped for out of it.

In the words of Roger Ebert: "[Jeepers Creepers 2] supplies us with a first-class creature, a fourth-rate story, and dialogue possibly created by feeding the screenplay into a pasta maker." I think Ebert looks too deeply into some movies. A movie about a flesh eating creature that can regrow its head doesn't need to be Citizen Kane.

This franchise managed the miracle of jumping the shark after an hour of the first film.
