I know you did amateur wrestling at LSU, so I hope maybe you can clear up some differences for me. I was told that the United States is the only country in the world that practices folkstyle/collegiate-style amateur wrestling, but I've also heard that it's done in Canada as well. As a Canadian, can you confirm which style is dominant there, if folkstyle, freestyle or Greco-Roman is the official style for high school and college?
Also, if you've had experiences with each of these, which did you prefer personally? As a former amateur wrestler myself, I liked the flow of folkstyle matches better, with the reversals, leg-riding, and escape attempts that often led to higher-scoring matches.

Freestyle, and Greco-Roman are dominant in Canada. Collegiate style is done by universities that compete against US colleges. I preferred freestyle. I should have preferred Greco because I'm a thrower but i liked to attack the legs every now and then. I wasn't so strong at getting the time advantage in collegiate. 'Quake
