The match with my student was my last WWE match. Hadn't heard about people losing belts.

First of all, hope everything's going well with you, Quake.
Second of all... As you might know, I used to wrestle. I was a member of the now horribly dead VSIW fed.(Valley State Independant Wrestling... Catchy name!)
It was, first and foremost, a cruiserweight fed. Nothing too fancy, basically a backyard type deal. Nobody there was over 200 lbs. Unfortunately, it crashed and burnt less than a month after I joined. I was only involved in two matches.
My question is this: Do you happen to know any training schools around Birmingham, Alabama? Especially any that would accept a skinny, 130 pound, self trained 19 year old? ...Not exactly the most intimidating stats, but meh!
Thanks for the help.

EQ,
i remember that one time some wwf segment showed bret hart in his house and he had madd belts over his fireplace and now i ask;
do long term champs get to keep thier belts?
im pretty sure that was common in the late 90's
as austin would have the stone cold belt, i would imagine whoever he got it from would still have the previous belt
and goldusts gold ic belt, a white one that sum1 had (shawn michaels?) and the newer generation of belts in the later 90's add to the possibility in my mind
do u know if this was ever common, and do u have any of the wwf belts that u actually took to the ring?

This might be a hard question to answer, but do you have any memorable moments from wrestling in Providence, RI? I always wondered how The old Civic Center (now The Dunkin Donut Center) stacked up to other arenas across the country.
I hope all is well!

Earthwake.. when you put Hogan in the hospital did you sell your character when wrestling fans saw you? Did you make little kids cry? If you did, was you happy that you were going over so well as a heel?...Oh and if you could wrestle in any new gimmick match, which one would you want? (Hell in a cell, elimination chamber, TLC ect..) Which wrestler would you be against?

Hello Quake I was wondering how fast the gimmick change was when you were in WCW from Avalanch to Shark and did the gimmick change have anything to o with a possible lawsuit because WWE owned the gimmick.

Hey, EQ, quick question about the men indirectly involved in the Natural Disasters Formation Angle, namely the Bushwhackers: were they basically just playing themselves? Watching some of their matches (when I have to ) I find it hard to believe that they would be any different behind the curtain.

Don't care one way or the other about Jarrett being champ. It should be whatever is best for the company. I haven't followed hockey enough to predict the Stanley Cup, but hope my Canucks do well.
Sorry Rev, don't know any schools there. And even if I did, you'd have to free all the poor bunnies from wearing pancakes before I told you.
While I was there, some had belts made to keep. That obviously may have changed with the times, such as the Stone Cold belts you mentioned.
I only wrestled a couple times in Rhode Island. I remember having to sit outside and wait for it to open for an afternoon show. It was just your regular little Civic Center.
I stayed in character, but didn't act like a total jerk. Casket match with 'Taker, so I could happily admit retirement.(Hey, maybe I should talk to him about that!)
No possible lawsuit in WCW that I was aware of. Just great booking!
Bushwhackers were funny guys backstage as well. 'Quake

Hey Quake, You were in the federation at the same time as Yokozuna for a while and even feuded with him. Actually one of the biggest surprises I've seen in wrestling happened in your sumo match with him on Raw. He was doing the salt ceremony before the match, and I told my buddy he was 100% going to be throwing salt in your eyes before it was over. That never happened and more shocked I could not be. Of course that has nothing to do with my question. I was watching an old tape of Raw, and there was a Yokozuna vs. Jobber match (the jobber's name was Dan Dubiel). Anyway, the match finished when Yokozune gave Dubiel the most devestating samurai splash from the second rope I have ever seen. His legs completely slid out from him putting all his weight on Dubiel's chest. This looked so painful that when labeling the tape I clearly labeled it the "Yokozuna Splash" edition of raw. After the 3 count Yokozuna continued to sit on Dubiel's chest for a bit, and you could see Dubiel talking and it looked as if he was pleading with Yoko and the referee to get Yoko off of him. Generally when jobbers take a finishing move, they lay there prone as if they're knocked out cold. So after all this, my question is; do you remember any jobbers suffering real injuries at the hands of Yokozuna's samurai splash?

This has probably been asked before, but:
When I first got into the Internet Wrestling Community, in about 2001, I was interested to read that you wrestled a few dark matches on RAW and Smackdown!. How many did you do? Were they decent matches?

Well, Taboo Tuesday is coming up Quake, what was the nicest thing a fan ever did for you on the road? Mick Foley talks about all kinds of little things in his books, do you have any similar experiences to relate? Thanks for entertaining us all these years!

What compliments fish better, red or white wine? Wine does NOT compliment fish. When I eat my five filet-o-fish sandwichwes at McDonald's, I always choose DIET COKE. 'Quake
