In 1997 you participated in the Piper's Family angle.
I have to ask, exactly what were the plans for the Piper's Family angle? I assume you were all going to job to the nWo at Uncensored, because the Horsemen did. But anything from there? What ever became of the other two guys?

Dude, WCW never planned anything past the next pay-per-view.
Seriously though, does anyone have that segment on tape? If so, WHY? If anyone can verify/difute me on this matter, then I would appreciate it.
When I first saw Bill Goldberg's match on September 22, 1997, I could have sworn I had seen him wrestle before. Then the next match he had, I remembered that he wrestled briefly in this segment.
Then as months, and now years, passed with no one ever mentioning it, I had serious doubts about it. But I would love it if someone could confirm who the individuals were that participated in the segment (other than Roddy Piper and John Tenta, I recognized them).

I just saw a part of this I believe on another forum a few months back. Believe it or not I think one of the people who tried out for that team if this clip I saw was apart of this was former Smackdown star Luther Reigns who was just released a month ago. He was on a lot of Saturday Night ME matches as Horshu in WCW.
