How do you get a copy of that game? the game is an arcade game so its not possible to buy a copy of it(at least for now). I'm saying for now because sometimes companies(like Midway) release old arcade classics for the new generation systems. But Wrestlefest was made in Japan(I believe) so I doubt that would be in the near future. BUT the good news is that the game is downloadable for free on the internet, all we need is mame to run it(an arcade emulator who is downloadable for free). With the help of a joystick you can play it on your computer But off course I would not do something like that

i have the game on an emulator called raine, which was specifically built for the japanese games that mame could not play.

I think the mame version was converted from the raine one which was taken from the original. Otherwise i would have just used mame, as raine only has about 6 games that arent either in japanese or awful.

Yups. lol. fairly obvious. Although, if the game was in the arcade then adapted for the neo-geo, theres a good chance it will be on raine. It all depends what company made the games.

Yes, them and their computer mumble jumble shenanagins....
Too bad Wrestlefest didn;t have a six man tag option. I formed my own version of the Three faces of fear.. (Quake, Jake and Mr. P). I could use all 3 no problem thjough I mainly tag Quake and jake up in the Saturday Night Mian event mode. Jake does the DDT and tag in quake for the earthquake splash finisher or if the opponent lands near the turnbuckle, Earthquake is magically transformed into "Superfly" John Tenta.
You know, no one in the game was able to kick out from that move yet. ^_^

Yeah....Earthquake in Wrestlefest was like Andre The Giant in that Wrestlemania NES game....you could win the whole thing real easily.

Quake was obviously the best character in the game next to Jake and Mr. P.

Quake, to get a copy of this you'd either have to buy the arcade machine from somewhere, or download the rom of it. A rom is basically the video game equivelant of an mp3. An unlicensed copy. You'd need to find a copy of it on the internet and also download an emulator, which is a program that plays roms of a specific type (like nes, game boy, playstation, arcade etc). MAME is the emulator you'd want here. It plays most types of arcade games, and is available at www.mame.net. As for where you'd get the rom... I don't know if I'd be technically allowed to post a link here since it's copyrighted material like wwe video or mp3s... But if you google search for Wrestlefest rom you'll find it really easy. Then you'd open the emulator and choose the rom to play.

My personal favorite team was Quake and Mr. P. Quake was my strong character and if I was in trouble, I could get cheesy with Mr. P. and those beautiful dropkicks he did. I always thought it was funny when anyone kicked out of the noogie of doom because you would have to be triple jointed just to kick someone hard that way.
