Quake,What are your thoughts on The Philadelphia Eagles? Are they any different than eagles that fly anywhere else in this great nation? HA!HA! Truthfully, I'm not a huge NFL fan. I prefer college, so really I have no comment. Because I'm from Vancouver, I keep my eyes on the Seahawks, but also like Pittsburgh. 'Quake

It's 10:49 AM in Houston on a Saturday morning. I won't get to see the USC game because ABC here will televise the ISU-Nebraska game. Oh well.......coleege athletes across the nation, good luck. Now ENTERTAIN me.(And DON'T get hurt!) My choices at this time are: Texas vs. Mizzou, VT vs. W.Vir.,Indy vs. Wisconsin, and in half hour Baylor vs. Texas A&M. NO USC/ASU or Mich./Mich St.

My Tigers are already down 7-0 to Miss. St.! Their wide receiver was wide open. They're just taking advantage of LSU's main weakness-the secondary! ASU and Tennessee exposed it in their games and LSU can't fix it!

I'm glad ASU lost. If you didn't know it was only the end of the first half, you would of thought they were about to win the game the way they were acting on the sidelines. I'm happy because I don't think my Arizona Wildcats wll get mauled next week against USC. Had USC lost, they would of tried to make a statement against Arizona. Now I only think we'll lose by 3 or 4 td's instead of 7.

Wow Missouri vs. Texas was just a beating at the end. The first half was close and I must say not pretty. A lot of fumbles and bad snaps. It was back and forth at the start but then Texas showed why they are the number two. It was no one Touchdown that desided this one like it was last year.

Once again my Arizona Wildcats get to face a top 20 team. I swear it seams the past three yrs, we face top 20 teams at least 6 to 7 times a year. We're better than the last three seasons but are run defense is going to be eaten alive. I agree with Purdue losing but I have a feeling Penn ST. is going to beat Minnesota. I doubt if I can get that game here in tucson but its gonna be a good one in my opinion. I'll be watching this game too, but Penn really hasn't beaten anyone that good yet. We have now!

Just got back from the Saints game. Awesome!!!!
And it looks like UTEP won't be ranked anytime soon, after their flubbing last night at the hands of Memphis :-(

Dunno if you call Notre Dame beating Purdue (quite handily, I might add) an upset. The Irish were due to beat the Boilers. Purdue won the last 3 meetings, so Notre Dame had to come up big.
The season is slowly shrinking in West Lafayette. Getting so bad we have to look forward to beating an improving Indiana University to maintain bragging rights.

I don't really follow college football that closely... But I have one thing to say.
....Go UAB!

So did my LSU Tigers, but man was it UGLY! It was like 12-6 or something at halftime against VANDERBILT. I didn't expect Wisconsin to lose, and was happy to see Penn State win. Happy for Chocula's Ducks, sorry for Fuzzy's Blue Devils. Lookon the bright side Fuzzy, when basketball rolls around you'll be making me look bad. 'Quake
