Macho Man by Yokozuna in 1993, where Macho made the biggest blunder in Rumble history by going for the pin, only to get press slammed out of the ring.

The lack of a crowd reaction when he showed up is further proof that the popularity of Ernest Miller is greatly exaggerated.

Sgt. Slaughter had a particularly wicked looking elimination to his credit in the.....92 Rumble, I think. Dude looked like he slammed his face right on top of the turnbuckle pole. I know, I just saw the spot like 20 minutes ago, and thought that was insane as hell.

To me nothing comes close to Lawler's elimination that time he was part of the announce team and got in the rumble only to be tossed out straight away and act like it never happened.

Paul London and Ernest Miller are both good choices, but I liked The Coach in 06. Just for how the annoucers were ribbing him the whole time, and how The Big Show was mocking him before eliminating him...

Owen Hart took a nasty fall in the 93 Rumble...Owen ran full speed at Yoko and Yoko just kind of side stepped him and Owen went flying.
Other than that....Maven eliminating Taker was awesome, The Hurricane getting tossed by Austin and Triple H was funny as hell.
Also Shawn Michaels eliminating Vader and Yokozuna at the same time in 96 was pure awesomeness. Then pressing The 1-2-3 Kid out was badass.

Bam Bam Bigelow tossing Doink in 94. He pretty much threw Doink halfway up the aisle.
Sid eliminating Slaughter in 92. 15 years later and it still looks impressive.
Lawler by Bret in 97. Pure hilarity.
Bossman eliminating Chyna in 00. She was just standing on the apron and he nudged her off. Then he celebrated.
HBK by Jericho in 03. Just because nobody would have ever predicted it would happen that quickly and decisively.

Maven eliminating Taker in 2002...that aftermath with Taker throwing him through the popcorn machine and then eating the popcorn while he's knocked out was hilarious.
Hurricane being eliminated by Triple H and Austin in 2002...Trips and Austin's facial expressions were funny. They were like "WTF?"
Taker eliminating HBK last year...the final few minutes with those two was classic stuff and it honestly gave me chills watching those two in the ring again. Awesome stuff.

Crush and Jeff Jarrett had nice bumps in 1991 and 1998, respectively.
Rey Mysterio eliminating Triple H in '06 was also fun, mostly for the crowd's reaction.

Owen Hart took a nasty fall in the 93 Rumble...Owen ran full speed at Yoko and Yoko just kind of side stepped him and Owen went flying. I believe that was when he injured his leg and was put on the shelf for months. He returned toward the end of the year and kicked off his legendary feud with Bret.

Not exactly a ROYAL RUMBLE, but liked how the Giant eliminated Rey in World War 3 in 1996 (WCW): From 0:50 to 1:15

It may have not been the Royal Rumble, but Gillberg's elimination in the rumble at Raw's 15th Anniversary battle royale is easily my favorite. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th1Kon137Uk2:45-3:05

Big Bossman in 92. He basically hangs himself on the bottom rope. Watch it in slow motion, it's hilarious.
