I hate it when they have years where the entire line-up is announced in advance, I think it spoils a lot of the fun. I much prefer the years when they just say "30 men" and leave it at that. When the only mystery is what order the guys will enter it's pretty dull, since really we usually know who's gonna be winning if we have half a brain (hint: it's usually the main event wrestler chasing the title, who has no other option left to get a title shot except winning the Rumble).
My fav year for the Rumble was when we had the surprise Drew Carey entry, Honky Tonk Man, surprise Big Show return and freakin' Haku! I would have loved the year we have Perfect, Goldust, Venis and Godfather all return so much more if they had all come in as total surprises. It's not like those name's would have boosted the buy-rate any, so they should just have left them as surprises.
I hope we get some cool surprise entries this year. Even if it's just a one off appearance, they should totally have some old-school guys in there.
For me, I'd love to see it down to Trips and HBK in the ring together, the pair look at each other, smile, and give the pantomime to indicate "lets work together". Both crotch chop the crowd and get a nice big DX pop. Coundown... *siren*... "Oh you didn't know? Your ass better call somebody...."
Roaddog proceeds to cut a 2 minute promo from the middle of the ramp along the lines of the anti-DX VKM stuff in TNA. Enough time for the next entrant... "I'm an ass man..."
Have both teams go at it for a few mins, NAO getting their asses kicked and being eliminated. Completely bury them if you want, just to keep HHH and HBK's ego's happy, and since NAO are pretty annoying after a while anyway. I'd just mark for a fun return by them both like that.

I think there will be one or two suprise entrants this year. A couple big guys aren't in the rumble and I doubt they would put guys like Super Crazy or Funaki in their place.

Yeah they seem to have stopped having them in recent years. The Big Show would be a good surprise though, considering he's lost weight since leaving the 'E. He could clean house for a while until everyone conspires to eliminate him, Andre-style. they should bring him back in as The Giant and have him go all WW3 on Mysterio.

big dick johnson hasn't been on TV in a while, i can see him coming to the ring. but in terms of serious wrestlers, i wouldn't mind a big show cameo or RVD.

As much as I like surprise entrants, it doesn't make much sense kayfabe wise for someone (usually guys who havn't been around for years) to just stroll into the rumble whilst other guys have to earn their shot in the match.

If Flair somehow ends up with the belt before the rumble.
Sting should come out of the crowd and win the rumble setting up their match at Mania. I would like that just because it would mean a surprise entrant actually won.

I hope it doesnt bounce batista out of the ring, setting up the rumored WrestleMania 24 showdown.
