In all honesty, I don't care. I haven't noticed that he's been absent from the WWE while he's been injured, and I doubt I'll remember him after he's been released, even if he does show up on TNA. He's just THAT bland to me.

Lashley sucks, and I'm glad he's gone.

I can't believe this. Sure, the IWC "smart marks" are going to have a feild day with this, but I can't believe that WWE released a flagship guy like Lashley. I'm not sure if this is true, but if it is, I wonder what happened to cause this. I think this is the first time that a guy that WWE had a brand built around of has been released/quit. I hope it wasn't politics or anything like that, because that would just be stupid, and I usually think that the level of politics that go on aren't as bad as the IWC makes it out to be.
I hope Lashley can find something successful that he can run with.

It appears that he quit because Krystal (his current girlfriend) quit after not wanting to play Edge's newest "friend", that he and Vince weren't in close contact while he was out with injury and there were no set plans for his return. Also, he isn't gone yet, he has requested his release but, WWE has yet to grant it. So not politics, just bitterness I'd say. Also, Lesnar might be another example of WWE building a brand around someone only to let him go. |

I'm getting a big kick out of this Bobby Lashley love all over the internet in recent days. Funny how this comes after Lashley announces that he wants out of WWE. I never seem to recall any love for him at any point during his WWE run. I guess there are two ways of explaining things. 1) The internet has a boner for anybody or anything that goes against WWE. 2) TNA sockos are polluting the internet. This was also the case with the overwhelming hate for Chris Harris two weeks ago.
